I was worried that this would make my hair greasy since I have a naturally oily scalp, but it makes it feel clean and shiny. I'm glad I read recent reviews.. I still have my Liter size with a pump...won't be throwing out my pump from the old bottle.

Been using this product for over 20 years. Product is 5 stars, change is 0 stars. Always buy the 1L bottle which originally came with pump shrink wrapped to bottle. Now, no pump. Completely useless to me as I have arthritis and cannot "squeeze" the bottle, much less pick it up and squeeze. I find that the 8.5oz bottle is difficult to squeeze as well. Not a good move B&B.

I have dry hair and am +50 so the texture is also coarse. This shampoo is so hydrating and left my hair clean without being stripped. For sure smoothed my hair and left it very shiny and silky.

The shampoo is ok. I purchased the liter size and it no longer comes with the pump. Customer service states it's due to improvements made to the bottle so a pump is no longer needed. I can assure you, no improvements to the bottle were made.

I really wanted to like this shampoo. I have fine hair thats prone to breakage. I used this consistently until the bottles ran out. This stuff felt like it thinned out my hair so much. The amount of shedding I was seeing in the shower/after brushing was insane. The ends of my hair also felt so dry while my scalp was super greasy. I switched up shampoos and the shedding went down drastically.

I love this deep cleaning, yet gentle shampoo. The word “oil” in the product’s name is misleading . My hair clean and nourished, not oily after using this product. I also use the conditioner.

We have been using this for years. It is one of the few shampoos that combat my daughter's dandruff and leave her hair looking great that I can use too. However, the jumbo sizes no longer come with pumps, which make them practically unusable. Why would they take those away, when they are so vital for practical use?

I have always loved these products. However, the liter size no longer come with a pump. At this price point including a pump for the liter size would make sense. Plus, without the pump this size is difficult to use and dispense an appropriate amount. It would be nice if we could even buy pumps, though they should be included with this spendy brand.

The shampoo was great for my unruly, frizzy hair. Loved it paired with the conditioner. I would recommend this to my friends and family.
Use extreme caution if you have allergies, asthma, or migraines. Has unremitting, difficult to remove "fragrance"

I used this shampoo and conditioner once. Two hours later, the smell was so overpowering I had to rewash my hair. Still had the oppressive odor (I'm guessing that's their idea of a pleasing fragrance that provides brand identity for their product). I am now nearly four days, seven hair washings, two dry product applications (baking soda and cornstarch), pillowcase and clothes washings out from the single application and it is just now to the point where I don't catch a strong whiff of it when my hair moves. Contacting Bumble and Bumble was no help trying to remove the product - they only wanted my name and address and lot numbers and pictures of the bottles that I had returned the first day I realized how hard this was outgassing smell everywhere I went. How disturbing to realize this expensive product is formulated in such a way that it takes days and days to remove and has a miasma of an odor. What if someone had an allergic reaction and needed to remove the product ASAP? I hope their factory never has a leak into the environment - if you can't get one application off a person, how do you get large amounts off groundwater or soil?

I wish I hadn't tried this product. The sillage on this is so intense that it still had not gone away after two separate shampoos with other products and a dry shampoo application. I have only used this once and the smell is terrible and overbearing. If you have any fragrance issues or if your hair has high porosity, stay away because you cannot do anything to make this smell stop. Why do companies think this is OK to do to people? I am getting ready to contact Bumble and Bumble to ask if there's an antidote or reversal I can use.

This shampoo is the only one I’ve ever used that allows me to skip a day of shampooing. I’ve always washed my hair daily. I agree with other reviewers that it almost feels clarifying and makes your hair very clean, but this works for me. I follow with a moisturizing/smoothing conditioner from another brand. And, the scent is lovely.
