Naturium Purple Ginseng Cleansing Balm - 3 oz

My sports laroche-posay spf 50 is the only white cast sunscreen I use. I can't wash it off with my regular body wash. even my prequel gleanser isn't enough. this is my first balm cleanser. I like it because it does melt everything off. Fragrance free is a plus! I like how smooth it is, I don't have to tug my skin in contrast with my haruharu oil cleanser it can run once it's on my hands. You don't waste any product with this balm. I repurchased it without trying it first and that was the right decision. Queston: Where's the expiration date?

It's the first makeup removing balm that really removes ALL my makeup, even the waterproof mascara that I use every single day. I will definitely be buying this balm from now on.

I was a bit weary to try this regarding the reviews but honestly, this removed my waterproof mascara like a dream. I didn’t experience any burning of the eyes or anything! This was honestly amazing and can’t wait to continue using it! For the reviews saying it’s leaving a residue on their skin, guys are we double cleansing???? If you’re going to use any oil/balm, it’s essentially a MUST to double cleanse! Anyway, no regrets, I love this!!

Seems nice but gave me a rash, currently pregnant and this was recommended by a derm PA, my skin has been a little dry but since I started using this I have gotten a flakey itchy dry skin rash in one patch of my cheek.

I hated this as a face cleanser. It doesn't remove makeup or sunscreen very well. Or even rinse off without a ton of scrubbing. It's literally the worst face cleanser I've ever purchased. However, I gave it an extra star because it actually kinda works as a hand cleanser in the winter when your hands are super chapped and you're going to put lotion on immediately. So it wasn't a total waste of money.

This cleansing balm will get off your base makeup and sunscreen okay, will definitely make your eyes a bit blurry but does get off the makeup. My biggest gripe is that after I rinse this off I still feel a layer of balminess on my skin. I have to use a more intense second cleanse to get it off instead of my usual gentle cream cleanser.

A lovely first step in my skincare routine. I use this first to take off makeup, then wash with the gel cleanser.

Gets out most of my stubborn mascara. I don’t like the smell. It leaves my skin moisturized.

I’ve been using this product for almost a year now and it’s a must have! It usually lasts me 3-4 months! It’s great for cleansing dirty oily skin and removes makeup like NOTHING! However it does sting a little when it gets in contact with your eyes but I will continue to buy this baby! 😚💗🫧

I stupidly purchased this product based on all the hype through their promotions and instagram posts. I’ve utilized the Farmacy balm in the past and loved it but as it was sold out near me, I went ahead and purchased this one. It caused my eyes to burn so I immediately rinsed it off and then used a cleanser and moisturized but by then the damage was done. It’s been a week and the skin around my eyes feels like it’s on fire and as if there are tiny cuts all over. I’m working on repairing the skin barrier and ended up returning the product. I’m unsure of what the exact irritant in the product is but I would encourage anyone who is looking to purchase it to do research and perhaps speak to a dermatologist before using it. I don’t have highly sensitive skin and have experimented with products in the past. This is the only new product is introduced into my routine and have never had such an experience before. I’m hoping that my skin heals and I don’t end up with scars or long term dry skin issues.

I love this cleansing balm. It seems that most of these bad reviews were written by people who failed to read the directions correctly. You’re supposed to apply the balm to either clean skin or on top of makeup to melt it away, THEN go in with the second cleanser of your choice to wash off the balm.

I bought it on Black Friday sale and I am so disappointed that it doesn’t do what it supposed to do. It does not melt my make up specially my mascara.

Worst cleansing bomb I’ve ever used. The product doesn’t even take off my make up; it moves it around and leaves a film on my face. It just takes me more time to wash my face. I’m so mad that I spent money on this product when I should’ve just gotten some more micellar water. I’ve liked other products that I’ve tried from this brand so I had high hopes, but this is by far the worst cleansing bomb I’ve ever used. I will not be buying again. I typically don’t like to throw away a product, but I think I’m going to look for something better and just toss this bottle out even though I’ve only got a bit of a dent in it.

I wear waterproof mascara so I need to use a balm to remove it. This one really stung and burned my eyes. It works fine otherwise. I now only use it on days I don’t have eye makeup on.

This product worked well to remove makeup, but after about a month of use I noticed my skin getting super congested in areas. I feel really silly for not doing my research on the contents prior to purchase, but this product contains multiple comedogenic ingredients.
