Pillow is soft and seems pretty durable (easy to clean). Took it on a long trip…it just isn’t very comfortable (at least for me to leave on for very long). It comes up high on my face and squeezes right at your cheeks when pulled tight to keep it in place. The cushion itself is very nice I just don’t care for the way it fits.

Comfortable neck pillow! So soft and I appreciate the adjustable straps. Item arrived as pictured. This will be a great addition to our road trips this summer. I would recommend it to a friend. I received this item for free for reviewing it.

I received this product via hey bullseye program. This is a nice compact neck pillow. Great for travel. I love the memory foam. The pillow is thicker than I would like, stating it prevents bobble head but makes me feel a little closed in.

Initially, I thought the flat back part would be a really good thing, and it wouldn't hurt my neck, but the foam in that area is so thin that within a few uses, it was very loose. The cover is great, the fabric feels light and breathable. It's easily removable to wash. The foam itself is very comfortable and soft.

This neck pillow is very comfortable. It has just the right amount of support and cushion. I like the higher ridge of added support. The best part is the adjustable straps. You hook them together to attach to your carry on luggage for hands free carrying. The straps also make it easy to adjust the amount of tightness you want the pillow to have around your neck.

The pillow is comfortable and supportive. The toggles on the front allow you to adjust the tightness around your neck and the shape provides good support when sitting up or leaning against the wall of the plane. The pillow is bulky to carry as it does not compact much and is without a carrying case.

The support this pillow provides is amazing! I've tried multiple other neck pillows and never been happy with them because they aren't supportive enough. This one has become my favorite. The drawstring allows even more control on the amount of support it provides. And as a bonus, the cover is washable! It does fit adults better than kids, although my 8 year old still uses it.

This is a very soft neck pillow. It has a little raised part on the top that gives really good head support. It also has the piece you can “zip” up and make it so it is close to your neck and won’t separate.

The Evolution Classic Neck Pillow is great. The memory foam is excellent quality and very comfortable. I do love the roasted side supper as it helps keep my neck secure. I love that it's machine washable and easy to remove cover a d put back on. The only function I do not like is the adjustable clasp. It does help keep the pillow in place but it's a little invasive in the neck area. It makes it too closed in if you make it tight but when it's to loose it doesn't feel right. I am having a hard time finding the perfect amount of adjusting to make it just right. Also, when I cut the tag off the plastic portion of the tag wouldn't come out unless it made a bigger hole so I have a tiny piece of plastic sticking out of the side of the neck pillow. Other than that, I am enjoying this product.

Disappointed with bulky battery pack inside neck pillow. No mention in description or on website. Strong chemcal smell. Returning it. Look for better option at Brookstone.
