Q: What is the length of the finial? I read that it is about 1 1/4" in diameter, but I didn't see the length.
A: Dear SK. The length is 2/3" (0.66 inches).

Q: Why don't the finish color of the brackets match the rod color!? Rod is a brown oil rubbed bronze, but brackets are a dark copperish brown. So frustrating.
A: Hi J, Thank you for your valuable feedback. We always welcome such constructive criticism as we work hard to continually improve the quality of our products as much as possible. Regarding your comments on the wide color variations between the rods and brackets; we try to coordinate these and color match them the best we can. But please note there will always be some color variation between finished decorative finials, iron rods and mounting brackets due to different electroplating and paint coating processes. But we can definitely try to improve. Thanks!

A: Dear Debbie. This is a normal telescopic curtain rod that is installed with brackets. Therefore, this is not a pressure rod.

Q: How do we lock in the length once extended to the proper size? Pulling the curtains open drags the rod longer instead of the curtain sliding along the rod.
