My normal cold brew was not in stock so I decided to go with Califia Farms Blonde Roast cold brew instead. I took one sip and knew that I was going to need to dump the whole thing, it barely tastes like coffee. It tastes more like tea than coffee, I had to double check that I didn't accidently buy tea. I can normally grit through a bad cup of coffee, but not this stuff.
Ugh. Tastes like it has chicory in it.

I've never liked chicory and this brew tastes like it is mostly chicory. Whoever roasted the beans left some beans virtually unroasted to get this outcome. I could not finish the bottle. My partner tasted it and said dump it, which I did. Save your money, buy almost any other cold brew (though I have similar feelings about Sixbucks regular brew, due to overroasting).

I decided to try it after making iced coffee at home with instant mix, and I wanted to try something different. This is hands down the best cup of homemade iced coffee i’ve ever made. the blonde roast has amazing flavors, the brown sugar notes gives it a delicious caramel flavor. I highly recommend

The blonde roast was my absolute favorite cold brew! I went through 2 bottles a week. But within the last month something has changed, it’s awful. I’ve bought 2 bottles hoping the next would be better than the last and all I have to do is open the bottle and smell it and I know it’s not the same. Please fix this! I’m giving it 3 stars in hopes they can get it back to what it was. Because it is so gross.

No idea what others are complaining about re: this coffee. It is the only blonde roast coffee I like! Both Stok and Starbucks are subpar, at least to me). I’d recommend at least trying it for yourself before you write it off. It could be one of those “love it or hate it” things. Personally, I love it!!!

I bought your “COLD BREW BLOND ROAST MELLOW & BRIGHT”. Unless I looked at the label, I would never have known it was SUPPOSED to be coffee !!! I can’t tell you what it tasted like, but certainly not coffee. If I could have given it ZERO stars, I definitely would.

We just bought two bottles since they were on sale. As soon as we both took our first drink, we both were disgusted. This is the worst cold brew we've tried. It's almost tea like but not in a good way. It tastes sour and bitter. And the smell is worse.

I wanted to give Califia cold brew a try since it was priced well, so I grabbed blonde roast and medium roast. I use milk and creamer with my cold brew and wow. This cold brew is bad. I thought maybe it was just the blonde roast but the medium roast is the same. Pungent, bitter, and just a strange smell/taste. Everyone at work agreed it was the worst tasting coffee they ever had. Ugh!

I usually don't get cold brew, as I know it's made differently than regular coffee and tends to get bitter. I saw it at the store and I liked that the blonde roast was available, as I don't like super strong coffee. Mixed this with dairy free creamer and sugar free flavor syrup and I LOVE it! Definitely getting more!
