Q: Is there a reason why the handles, which are supposed to stay cool on the stove top, are not staying cool? In fact, they're getting hot! Is there something I'm missing?

Although our cookware handles are designed to stay comfortably cool during stove top cooking, high cooking temperatures, and prolonged cooking times can lead to the handles becoming hot. It is recommended to always use a potholder or oven mitt to prevent burns when handling cookware on the stove top.
