Calphalon 3qt Ceramic Saute with Lid Silver Ash: Nonstick, Anodized Aluminum, Dishwasher & Oven Safe, 10.25" Diameter

When I received this pan, I wasn’t sure if I should keep it just because the sides are a bit too short for my liking but I thought ill give it a try and I'm so glad I did! This pan heats up nicely, and is so so easy to clean up!

I have made many things with this pan that I thought would have been a nightmare to get off & came clean with minimal soaking or scrubbing.

As advertised. Nonstick works well. But not as heavy as my anodized nonstick this replaced so heating and retaining heat are not as nice. Just something to adjust to.

Absolutely love this pan. We have a couple calphalon pots and pans already, so I knew this would be a good choice. The lid is heavy and creates a really good seal. I find myself picking recipes because I'll need to use this pan to make them. I only wish I'd gotten a bigger size for when we have guests. 11/10

This pan is the BEST! It is lightweight, completely nonstick and so easy to clean.

I received this pan as an early Xmas present and so far so good. I've probably used it 15 times so far and am really happy with the cook. It cooked evenly with french toast, also pancakes but had to turn the heat up a little more than I usually do to get the sausage browned. Made chicken marsala on the stovetop and finished it in the oven, no sticking and really easy cleaning, just wiped it out with wet paper towel. I'm just going to have to get used to turning up the heat hotter than normal when searing things like scallops, chicken and sausage.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is such an amazing pan. It cooks food evenly and clean up is truly a breeze. I always get skeptical about “non stick” cookware because things still stick but Calphalon got it right.

The best thing I can say about it is that it has a nice lid, that is the 2 star part. The pan itself is lightweight, non even cooking. The ceramic coating is nonstick for about 6 uses and then food sticks just as if you were using a pan with no coating. I need lots of oil to make the pan cleanable after use. I am careful with the pan...plastic utensils only and only a soft nylon scrubbie to wash. I would not buy this pan surface again and don't recommend it.

I love this pan! Wasn’t sure if I was going to like it when I unpacked but in using, it has become one of my favorites!!

My new favorite pan. Non-stick 10", I wish it was a bit deeper.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've liked using this pan! It is durable and has a good weight to it and it's worked well on my electric stove. I've used it for everything from pancakes to seafood. It's easy to clean but will have to see how long the non stick coating lasts.

The nonstick coating means that food comes out of the pan easily without getting stuck and it cleans like a dream. I feel that the heat distribution was very good as well. Our kitchen is packed with Calphalon saucepans, but this is our first nonstick, and I’ve got to say—I love it. This pan is incredibly easy to use, and it lives up to its nonstick promise. Cleanup is a breeze, even after cooking stickier meals. The 3-quart size is just right for most of the meals we cook, whether it’s sautéing veggies or simmering a sauce. It’s become our go-to pan for weeknight dinners. My wife is a big fan of the color, and I have to admit, it adds a nice touch to our kitchen setup. It’s stylish and functional—definitely a win in my book.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a very high quality nonstick pan for every day use. We mostly use this to cook vegetables, and it does a wonderful job of both steaming and sautéing. It has an even heat distribution as well, so it is also great for cooking meat. This is the perfect pan to make a stir fry! It has an attractive modern looking design. The exterior is a grayish green color, with a silver handle. The lid is nice and heavy and fits the pan perfectly. The actual pan is very lightweight, but it still feels very sturdy. I imagine it will last a long time. The nonstick surface works very well, definitely the smoothest feel of any nonstick pan I have used. It also cleans up very easily. Food remnants slide out effortlessly, so no scrubbing is needed. We usually hand wash this, but we have also put it through the dishwasher, and it didn’t get any damage. The only con we noticed is that the handle gets very hot. We have a gas stove, which could contribute to this problem. But we have never noticed hot handles with any of our other pans before. We have to be very mindful of the handle when using this pan, which isn’t ideal. Otherwise it is an excellent pan for a variety of different uses, and I would recommend it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Look, I switched to all stainless steel a year ago but I figured I’d try this. Im pleasantly surprised and found myself reach out for it often. We cant deny how easy it is to fry egg with nonstick!! It is lighter than my stainless steel, heat up fast and retain heat for a while too. When i leave my fried rice and turn off the heat, it will scorch the rice and make it crispy. You can see it crisp my bao up nicely too. I can easily make several dishes with this pan since it cleans easily, just wipe after each use. And it has clear lid. Very satisfied with this!
