Calphalon 8pc Premier Ceramic Mushroom Cookware Set: Nonstick, Anodized Aluminum, Oven & Dishwasher Safe, Includes Lids

I opened and unpacked the cookware. There was an issue with the finish on the cookware. I filed a warranty claim with them that same day that I received and unboxed the product. The company ignored the defect I reported to them. Would not approve a warranty request, or offer to help make it right. I can’t recommend this brand of cookware. They don’t stand behind their product and they have zero customer service. I now am the proud owner of defective, brand new, expensive, cookware set.

This set of cookware is amazing. It makes cooking fun again. Love this it’s non-sticks and huge fan of the color.

My family got this set a few months ago and I honestly have never seen pans with such a non-stick surface. It's extremely smooth, which takes some getting use to because you may find yourself pushing the food around the pan instead of getting under it to flip it (meats, veggies, eggs, etc.). That said, my family cooks eggs with no butter, and hot dishes with no oil...the pans just wipe clean under the faucet. I'm very impressed (and that's hard to do)! They are a bit heavy, so they take a little longer to heat up and cool down, and the aluminum handles will get warm but not hot. Everything is well-constructed and very durable from what I can tell. Ultimately, I definitely recommend them! (Give the old ones to the kids when they move out, lol)

It’s ceramic nonstick without a PFAS coating which means you can use metal utensils with it. It’s dishwasher safe but hand wash recommended. And honestly the Calphalon Quick Cleaning Technology makes clean up absolutely effortless with no scrubbing needed. Because there are no plastic, the pots and pans and even the lids are oven safe for up to 500F. I’m in love and find the mushroom color neutral enough to go with any decor.

When you wash them, they literally come clean with water. I have already recommended them to my family and friends. I actually donated all of my other cookware because I no longer need them.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These premier ceramic 8-piece sets by Calphalon are heavy-duty. They have a nice heft to the pan and the lid as well. Since they are ceramic, nothing has stuck to the pans, and they rinse clean quickly. The handle on the lid does get hot when cooking. They are also listed as being able to go into the oven, but I have not tried that yet. Great set that will last me a very long time.

I could tell right away that these were excellent quality just by looking at them and by how heavy they are. I like that it comes with a deep stock pot instead of the usual large pots most sets come with. The lids fit good and look nice too. I l think the color is very modern and matches my kitchen well. And most importantly they cook evenly, don’t stick and are easy to clean.

When I pick them up they feel very sturdy and you can tell they are high quality. The kids are perfect and fit interchangeably. Clean up is a breeze. They clean up so quickly and beautifully. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have never used ceramic cookware before this. I learned it is safe to use metal spatulas when cooking with these and that’s great. We cooked pancakes and they turned out perfectly. We didn’t need to spray the pan at all. We also did hasbrowns and they slipped all around the pan. Completely non stick! The color is a beautiful taupe and they feel heavy duty. They do recommend handwashing but that’s no biggie! I was impressed with this set.

Calphalon's cookware arrives meticulously packaged, to ensure that it arrives unscathed. The eight-piece set icludes two frying pans (8-in and 10-in), one 2.5-qt sauce pan and lid, one 3-qt sauté pan and lid, and one 8-qt stock pot and lid. Each of the lids are constructed of tempered glass, and both the pots and pans are conveniently stovetop to oven safe. Personally, nothing I've used in the past is comparable to the quality or performance of this cookware set. Both the pots and their lids are solid and well constructed. Food cooks thoroughly and evenly, without burning or sticking to the pot's surface. The cookware's handles remain cool to the touch throughout the entire food's preparation/cooking. Clean-up is a breeze! The cookware simply wipes clean; however, it is dishwasher safe as well. I also appreciate that the cookware is safe for use with metal (somewhat abrasive) cooking utensils, and is completely scratch resistant. Wow, what a difference this set makes as to the quality of my meals! The first thing I noticed was the quality of each pan. I was really surprised by how heavy and well-made they felt. The handles make them look and feel more elegant and modern. They look great hanging up on my pot rack and add to the overall look of my kitchen. This set includes an 8-inch skillet, a 10-inch skillet, a 3-quart deep skillet, a 2.5-quart pot, and an 8-quart pot. There are also three high-quality lids included. Two of the lids can also fit on the skillets, so every piece of cookware has a lid that will fit. The first thing I decided to cook was a grilled cheese, to see how evenly it toasted the bread. I was really surprised. It ended up being the best grilled cheese I have made to date. After that, I decided to try scrambled eggs since I always struggled with them sticking to the pan. They turned out perfect and the handle remained cool throughout the process. Since then, I have made several different meals for my family, and I was pleasantly surprised with the results each time. This set is dishwasher-safe. However, it is recommended to hand-wash, so that is what I have been doing so far. These pots and skillets are so easy to clean that I don't even really mind the extra work. I can even simply wipe them out at times, which is super convenient. Although the price point is higher than most, I could see this set lasting for the rest of my life. The quality really is that good. I am so happy I finally tried a high-end cookware set and will never go back!
