Calphalon Premier Ceramic 12" Fry with Cover Mushroom: Nonstick, Anodized Aluminum, Oven & Dishwasher Safe, 10-Year Warranty

Bought a few ceramic ware frying and they are great. Good heat distribution and sooo easy to clean. I will be replacing my other non-stick pans with ceramic.

So far, thoroughly impressed. Cooks very even, and no butter/oil needed. No idea how it will hold up though.

This has become my favorite pan to use. The description is spot on. Cooks and cleans amazingly.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use this to find my pierogies last night and it was absolutely amazing even though I have a small burner it just heated it up so quick and so fast it was absolutely amazing. The pan didn't even get dirty I wiped it out with just a sponge and a tiny bit of soap and it just was absolutely probably the best pan I've ever used!

The only issue i have had once is the non-stick finish wore away. However, this particular skillet is offered as having a more durable finish, and we are excited to try it! Recommend Calphalon highly.

The Premier Ceramic Nonstick 12” Fry Pan with Cover looks very stylish and is heavy duty. I’ve cooked bacon, sautéed vegetables, chicken breasts and everything has cooked perfectly. The heat is distributed evenly and the pan is perfectly leveled for optimal cooking. It cleans very easily which is a huge plus. I need the entire Calphalon pan line now. Highly recommend!

It is absolutely gorgeous! It came with a cover, handy for stopping splattering or for melting cheese in quesadillas or grilled cheese. The pan is durable, strong, and food slides off with no sticking. I love this so much I will go buy companion pieces. It’s not often one finds a product that is both durable and beautiful. Calphalon jasmine done it!

It cooks perfectly, the heat distributed evenly on the entire surface and the food slides effortlessly and easily like I've never experienced before. It is also over and safe! And don't let me start it on the cleaning it's like a breeze - no scraping. I haven't tested it in the dishwasher yet but I will probably never do because I want to have this pan forever and will hand clean it every time, it is very easy so why risk it .

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] What I like: This is a solid skillet and lid. Very well made. Even heat distribution. Scrambled eggs cook and clean up like a dream. It’s beautiful as well. What is lacking: the interior bottom is t completely flat. Oil collects around the perimeter, leaving the center uncoated. The helper handle (though sturdy) gets HOT! Beware. Don’t try to cook fried eggs in this. They are problematic and stick. Overall, I love this skillet 😀. It’s very nice. Just know what it works best for and what it doesn’t. Thank you Calphalon and Influenster for letting me try this out. It’s a keeper and frequently used item in my kitchen.

Not only is this pan sleek looking, it cooks beautifully. We made sloppy Joe's and nothing ever stuck to the pan. I like the nice flat glass lid. I'll be on the hunt to add more from this collection to my kitchen!!

Food has been sticking to it, and it’s just hard to cook with. This new pan with lid is perfect. Food cooks evenly and comes off cleanly.

I typically use cast iron or stainless cookware, but always have a non stick around for eggs and the like- but I had never invested in a high quality nonstick pan- this Calphalon is next level amazing! It’s nice and weighty, a versatile size, and it is genuinely non stick- to the level of eggs literally sliding around the pan. I love the glass lid, and everything is well riveted and sturdy. I appreciate that it’s dishwasher safe, but it’s truly so easy to clean that I just give it a quick hand wash after using it. I honestly didn’t know that truly high quality nonstick pans EXISTED, and I’m hooked! I can’t wait to try more cookware and bakeware from Calphalon. We used it multiple times already to fry fish, cook eggs, hash browns, fried rice and other things in it and used non or a bit of oil and the food does not stick to it. It's also really heavy and sturdy, it is good quality and I belive it will last us for a while this is a great item for someone who cooks lot. Me and my wife cook every day and it's been a great addition to our pots and pans. We will be buying more of this brand.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have used Caphalon products before but have never used the ceramic coating nonstick pan! On initial level I was impressed with the packaging! The material quality of the pan seems sturdy, well made and it also mentions that its dishwasher safe, can be used on induction cooktop, glass and gas cooktop! Also free of PFA. I do make a lot of stir fry meals with lots of vegetables, noodles, rice and I can make several meals in this one pan. It does not stick and cooks evenly. I have so far tried to make crepes with no oil and it’s been a breeze! The batter didn’t stick! Also I wouldn’t put it in the dishwasher that’s what the packaging suggests! The nonstick is excellent so it’s easy to clean with some soap and non abrasive sponge! It’s a little on the heavier side to be honest! Even the grip is a little heavy! Also the size is 12 inches and that’s enough size to make an omelette, stir fry, curries or sauté meat! Also it came with a sturdy lid! Overall it’s a well made product if taken care of and will last a good time! Again I would need to edit this review after a few months to see how the pan holds up!
