A classic! Cans are always easy to open and flavor is strong but not overwhelming. A recipe for a delicious onion dipped roast beef sandwich is on the back. Highly recommend making that!

My mother in law introduced this onion soup to me. It is so good. I make pork chops in the crockpot with it and serve with mashed potatoes. Tip: Add some beef stock instead of water and it makes a delicious gravy.

It was honestly pretty good, I’m more of a cream of mushroom type of guy myself (it’s my favorite soup), I really like onion so I wanted to give this a try. It was pretty good, better than I thought it would be. When I have onion soup, I just have it as is, not cream of onion soup. I really made sure to taste it, by itself, with bread, just from the can without cooking/making it, and turning it into dip. It made really good dip, that was my personal favorite way I ate it, I put extra chives into it. Never in my life did I think I’d be taking a soup review so seriously though.
