My purchase went through and when i looked at the tracking service it said it was damaged and i needed to contact the seller which is target. i called target and was told to wait a couple of days and to not pay attention to infotrac as they are wrong on the delivery. i called the next 2 days since i still never received my package and then was told my package was damaged but they cant issue a refund due to not have the product delivered and they would need to email the order tracking team to issue the refund. This is very frustrating as not only did i not receive the camera, i still havent recieved a refund, mind you its been over a week this whole situation occurred but i also I missed out on trying to repurchase the camera bc target can't reorder for me since the camera is constantly out of stock. this absolutely ridiculous.

Never got my package. Shipped via OnTrac and was stuck at a facility an hour from me for a week. Then it randomly said out for delivery. I messaged the ontrac people asking if it needed signature and they said no but do you have a gate at your property? I said yes, it should be open but if it’s not leave behind the gate. They said they would relay message to delivery driver. We also have cameras on our property and at our gate. 8 pm rolls around, gate has been open for hours… get a text package delivered. I run outside immediately to see no package, no delivery person, no motion detected on cameras. OnTrac provided no picture proof of delivery and just says “left behind gate”. Why would they leave behind gate if it was open? I did research and saw that OnTrac is a 3rd party delivery service and people delivery from their personal vehicles. Many people reported packages never getting delivered by them including iPads and other electronics. I have a feeling my package was stolen by the delivery person. I had to re-order from Canon website and they shipped via FedEx and a signature was needed to delivery package. Working with target to get refunded but very frustrated with how much this costs and how difficult it is even to place an order for this camera. Now out almost $900 for an item I never received. Please target don’t use ontrac anymore…..

First things first. Delivery driver threw my camera over the gate when there’s a sign 2 feet away that says please put pkgs inside gate…then when I opened the box my camera box has no shrink wrap or even a sticker to show that the box hasn’t been opened or tampered with. THEN the box has multiple tears in it. Does quality control not exist anymore? How does almost a $900 product arrive in such poor conditions ? And if target sent me someone else’s return, then they need to SAY SO. Not pretend like I bought a new product. I won’t even open it before returning. I don’t want this broken product.

It shipped very quick when I placed my order and provided tracking. It was very hard to place an order but using HotStock I was informed when the item was back in stock. I would note it took a new tries for it to work since the bots are faster than I am but what I think helped is when since I had tried a few times before the camera would be in my cart already and then I used Apple Pay to check out. Good luck it may take many times but I got it!

Unfortunately, didn’t have the best experience with target for this item. They have canceled my order twice with no reason like many other people have experienced. I tried calling, emailing and even almost showing up to the store where they were supposed to have it ready for me to pick up, but still nobody can give me a good answer. Very disappointed.

Bought this before a big Europe trip and I couldn’t have imagined the vacation without this camera. It takes beautiful scenery photos and I love the flash photos too. I love the adjustable screen for selfies but I heard it can eventually become loose. I haven’t noticed any loose parts yet and I’ve had it for about 4 months now
