Q: can you make bread without xantham gum? I am sensitive to it and so is my son.
A: Thanks so much for reaching out! Unfortunately, xanthan gum is the primary ingredient we use to replace gluten in our breads because is has the same consistency of the “glue” that holds the bread together when it bakes. We want to make our breads safe and accessible to as many people as possible, so we appreciate your message and will keep this in mind as we develop new items in the future.

Q: Does this contain folic acid? My family cannot digest anything fortified with folic acid due to MTHFR gene.
A: Thank you for reaching out. We do not add folic acid to our products, but it is naturally found in the brown rice that is used in all of our products, which could contribute to a slight amount of folic acid in each serving.

Q: Does it freeze well? I dont eat a lot of bread, so wondering if I can freeze some of so it doesn't get bad before eating it all.
A: I freeze it all the time, and don't notice a significant difference when thawed. In either state, I like it better toasted than plain, though.
