I went gluten free 15 years ago and these tortillas make the best quesadillas I’ve ever had. Cook them in a skillet and they’re perfect.
Gluten Reaction to Mission's GF Tortillas

I just purchased these yesterday after work, made a quesadilla for dinner and then had a painful gluten reaction that went into the morning (of course this will take 3 days to clear entirely). This bag has "Gluten Free" written in large font along the side, which is why I trusted it, but this large size is not a corn tortilla. I looked at the ingredients and in addition to rice and tapioca flour, Mission lists "Modified Food Starch" but doesn't indicate from what (from wheat flour?). I suspect there is contamination going on here and either wheat based food starch or wheat contaminated ingredients are being used (for example if the rice flour mill also mills wheat).

These hold up better than corn tortillas and have a good flavor. The only issue is price.

Best taste and texture

I have been gluten free for over 40 years. I have tried every gluten-free tortilla that I can find. Every time a new one comes out. I try it. Nothing beats The taste and texture of Mission gluten-free tortillas. My only complaint would be that they fall apart very easily if you try to fold them into a burrito or really tried to fold them into anything. They just kind of split and crack. That is a small price to pay for the taste and texture.

I love these tortillas! They're the best I've found that are gluten free since I discovered my allergy. They're soft, have good flavor, work great for quesadillas or burritos, and aren't too pricey. My only improvement would be to offer a little bit bigger of a size.

Absolute waste of money. Taste chalky. Stick to parts of your mouth. Falls apart with any amount of pressure.
Price gouging & digestive discrimination... shouldn't cost more than tortillas made with gluten !!

It’s not right to price gouge people because they can’t have wheat gluten. Tortillas made with ingredients other than wheat shouldn’t cost more !!! This is Digestive Discrimination !!!
Siete is way better than these

Disgusting and it doesn’t matter how long you heat them up over the stove/microwave, they taste uncooked and leave a floury after taste in your mouth. The almond flour tortillas by siete are insanely better and worth the money!
Delicious and just like regular wraps

I absolutely love making all kinds of wraps! Veggie, egg salad, cheese, tomato and mozzarella - you name it I’ll wrap it! I thought after going gluten free I’d have to go without wraps forever. Thank goodness for these gluten free wraps! It makes lunch and snack time so much easier. These have great taste and texture. Definitely comparable to regular wraps. They also hold up extremely well and are the perfect size. I highly recommend checking them out!

saw the 4 stars and immediately assumed these have to be decent at least. as someone who can tolerate a lot of textures and likes most food, these are TERRIBLE. they leave a flour-like texture in your mouth that’s unbearable.
My husband needs n loves these.

My wife was diagnosed with celiacs and these are terrible. Extremely expensive and broke after she folded her burrito. She doubled it and it tore again. I tried and ended up with a taco salad. For the price you would think they would have this figured out.

If you’re looking for a soft flour tortilla dupe this one is pretty great. I think the value is pretty messed up. It’s definitely got that “gluten-free markup” and should be more affordable than $1/tortilla. It falls apart when steamed and cracks when folded but if you heat in on an oiled cast iron it works pretty well. One of the best and sometimes only gluten free tortilla options.
Soft and delicious!

I’ve recently developed a gluten sensitivity. Since I loved the low carb Mission Foods wraps, I thought I’d try the gluten free original wraps. I hate to say it, but they were disappointing. The taste and texture reminded me of flavorless beans - not rice flour. They also tended to stick to the roof of my mouth. I was also disappointed to see they contained sucralose, to which I’m also sensitive. Although other Mission Foods products are delicious, the Gluten Free wraps need further research and development.
