This is also a Fav of mine besides the Hawaiin loaf. Makes a great Sandwich toasted or untoasted.

I bought it off the shelf at publix. It was sealed nicely in an outer package and an inner Package. So the attempt was there to make it fresh.. But would I bid into could almost be classified as Salad crotons. It was not soft And It was extremely dry. I have been looking for a good gluten.Free bread for me and my family, And I am not sure if this is how it is supposed to taste from this company or not.. But once again. It did have strong packaging to it

This GF bread makes great sandwiches, toast and French Toast, grilled cheese…I even like to dun it in cold milk and eat it that way! I'm so happy my hubby discovered it about 2 years ago.

My usual delicious mountain white was sold out so I tried the country white and have been Very sick … as a celiac I can not have oat flour … I had no idea to look at the ingredients… so my fault…but I love the mountain white and Hawaiian bread

In 2019, we did update our Country White bread to include Certified Gluten-Free Oats, and we shared that info with our community. There are two products in our lineup that contain Certified Gluten-Free and Purity Protocol sourced oat flour: Country White, and Ancient Grain. If you’re looking for another white bread option, we suggest trying our Mountain White or Heritage Honey White breads – both do not contain oat flour.

The Country White is my Husband's "Go-To" bread. He's Gluten, dairy free and allergic to many ingredients found in other breads. This is the only one that he does well with. It's moist and has a great taste unlike the "cardboard taste" of other gluten breads. I would LOVE it if you could come up with a Lower Sodium for those who also have to watch the sodium intake. We have used this product for the last two or three years! It's a wonderful product and great taste too. THANK YOU for your sensitivity to those with allergies!

I have had celiac disease for several years and spent many years searching for a bread that actually tasted good. I was so very happy when I discovered Canyon Bakehouse bread!! It is HANDS DOWN the best gluten free bread on the market in my opinion and the ONLY one I will eat.

I was so impressed at how fluffy, flavorful, and with such a perfectly crunchy crust. The sandwiches I made with the Country White Bread from Canyon were the best I've had in many years and better than the gluten-free bakery I spend way too much money on- I'm hooked on Canyon and never looking back!

Canyon Bakehouse Country White was not only soft, but delicious as well. Nothing was lacking in flavor or texture compared to regular bread, and it was in every way better than any other gluten-free bread I've had. I tried it in sandwiches and French toast.... And both were approved my picky 5yr old! I would hands-down recommend this to any family or friends with gluten allergies or sensitivities!

There's so many tasty creations I can make with this bread. I will say if your used to regular bread it is a bit different I guess you could say texture wise? The bread itself feels a lot denser, heavier, but don't get me wrong it taste good. It's perfect for bread lovers who have gluten allergies! Can't wait to explore all the other gluten-free options available from Canyon Bakehouse.

We love that it is free from dairy, nuts, soy, and baked with whole grains. I would highly recommend it to others, especially if you have celiac, gluten intolerance, allergies, or sensitivity. It really tasted a lot better than other gluten-free bread brands that I press purchase before.. I made myself an avocado toast, and I topped it with tomatoes, and it was just so scrumptious. I would highly recommend it to friends of mine, who do have gluten, allergies or food sensitivities, and I would totally purchase this again.

We most enjoyed it when used to make a sandwich with spreads, lettuce, tomato, and chicken. We do not have a diagnosed gluten allergy or sensitivity but would think about switching to Canyon Bakehouse for a healthy alternative!

I will definitely be purchasing this product, my only complaint is how small the pieces of bread are I wish they were slightly larger!

The size is smaller than the usual toast which I prefer for portion control and easier to eat on the road. They come in a vacuum sealed bag which is great if you don't want to eat the bread immediately. No GI issues after eating this bread.
