A: The vest weights less than a pound. It is close to a half pound.

A: The vest is made from reinforced nylon and polyester. The vest has a fully adjustable Velcro waist belt that fits most and padded shoulder straps that allow for a snug and secure fit. Personally, I like the fit and comfort.

A: This is sized in order to accommodate most women, but many men should be able to fit it as well. The dimensions should help determine if it can fit both of you.

Q: Anyone know the weight in pounds? It seems like this is adjustable and adjustable up to 30 pounds but what is the lowest and everything weight in between?

A: Thank you for the question, each ingot or weight is 5 lbs so the minimum amount would be 5 lbs and it goes up to 30.

I had been looking at weighted vests for a while. 20 has been the max I've seen but at my weight it was recommended online I find a heavier vest. So at thirty lbs this seemed like my best option. I'm so happy I chose this style where I can add or remove the weights because thirty pounds is heavy. The weights are secure and in place with a flap and really strong Velcro. I feel confident with the weights strapped or held in while walking exercising bending over etc. This was definitely the best choice.

I received my order today and the box was so damaged and it came from the return center. I figured buy this vest would come brand new and not a returned item. I was super excited about this vest. So disappointed, I wouldn’t recommend this vest.

So far so good. My husband and I both are liking it. It’s easy to put on and take off and it fits both of us. The best part is that the weights are blocks rather than bags which I’ve heard get holes and leak. Wearing it has definitely made a difference.

I really like this weighted vest. It is comfortable for a woman’s body as the weights are below the chest. I like that there is no sand pouches and that the weighted bars are easy to get in or out so you can add as little or as much as you want. I can get it in and off by myself.

This weight vest seems very sturdy and comfortable for me —5.5” tall 150 lbs — I’ve been using it on HIIT style walks. The weights are easily removed and replaced. I can see using this for years and years to come!
