Contains a light layer of gel material inside 2 pieces of fabric to create a comfortable pouch for toes. Thin fabric aids in lightly cushioning the balls of the feet. Best for a wide foot or for the dancer who prefers minimal padding. Each package contains 2 pads that can be washed and reused.

They're extremely soft, which makes them comfortable to dance in. They're thick enough to keep my toes from hurting and thin enough to fit perfectly into my pointe shoes!

Even though Pro Pad seems very thin, the gel really cushions my toes! I'm not using the multiple applications that I used to to cushion my big toes and one toe that curves down. I'm able to wear my winter booties that I thought were a lost cause. Thanks Pro Pad!
