Since first buying our first pieces of Caraway cookware, we continue to add piece by piece as we find each piece to make a different kitchen task so much easier. Our new sauce pan is just fantastic. I love that the cover(s) have the steam escape hole. In the past, my husband always forgot to tilt the lid of our old pots, and the sauce would bubble and spill all over the cooktop. Messy splashes are a thing of the past. Yay!
