Our Mini Fry Pan allows for healthy cooking without harmful chemicals: use for single-serve eggs or dinners for one to two.     I love it - perfect for eggs 🍳

    I tried smallest pan for the first time frying eggs. Heated it up for 1 minute on medium low heat, added a little bit of oil and heated that up a minute or so. The heat distribution seemed really great even with lower heat, and it didn’t take that long to cook. It is really nonstick, so a little oil goes a long way so I could have used even less. It stays hot for a while after, so have patience and let it cool off before cleaning it. Cleans really nice and easy with soap. Idk why but it tasted better because of the smooth experience lol, and the pans are very pretty. I got a glass lid to go with it which is heavy, but I see how it would hold up in the oven. I have other pans to try out and probably more to buy to upgrade bakeware, etc. I know it was just the first time, but I am a little bit in love already. I can see if you follow the rules you can make them last a long time. The only thing I regret is not looking into this earlier. My suggestion is to try one to three items first, see if you like the surface, do your inventory, pay attention to measurements (seriously!), then do a larger purchase.

    Love, love, love

    I absolutely love the Caraway frying pans! I bought 2 and used them nightly for 6 months before I bought any more. I just ordered the small frying pan and it is of the same excellent quality as the 2 larger frying pans! It is perfect performance every time for my 2 egg omelet! Cleaning is a whiz. I love the quality, the color and the non-toxic coating! What could be better?

    I like the non-toxic part, but the coating on these pans is high maintenance

    I have previously purchased a caraway pot and now a pan. I like that price point and the light weight nature for a non-toxic product. However, the sponge provided for cleaning is not working for me and I'm often using my regular scotch dish sponge. Despite using wooden spoons only and never washing these products in a dishwasher or high temp, I have found a very small nick on both the pan and the pot coating within the first few months of use. These products might be too high maintenance for me.
