Handle doesn't get too hot to hold without a potholder. Easy to hand wash.Retired a cast iron predecessor fry pan. Threw away a Teflon coated fry pan that was starting to chip.

This small fry pan is perfect for eggs. It is non stick and a dream to clean up. The eggs don’t stick and come out so nice and fluffy. I made salmon tonite in it and didn’t need any oil and it came out fantastic. Clean up wa so easy.
