[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the best pan I have ever cooked with. It's heavy duty and the perfect size. As prepping meals on a few weekends, it's great. The lid is solid with a steam vent hole. Lid handle stays cool to touch when pan is smoking hot. Easy clean up. Just have average cooking skills, but this pan makes cooking easy. Thank you Caraway, this pan will last for decades. Glad I found your cookwares.

I don't think there's anything that can be improved on this saute pan. I feel like I need to become a better cook just to be worthy of using such a well-made work of art.

The heating/cooking is evenly distributed and the quality of the meals prepared from this pan seem to exceed cooking from other pans. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Used it for the first time last night. All I have is non-stick and have been wanting a nice saute pan. Had a great sear on the chicken and then made an amazing pan sauce with the deglaze. Cleaned immediately with warm water and it looked brand new. Granted it is my first cook on it, but staying on top of it will definitely keep it that way for some time

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This saute pan heats evenly on my portable induction stovetop even though the circumference of the working part of the induction stovetop is much smaller than the base of the saute pan. It's a good solid weight and seems to be quite sturdy and durable. I was able to reduce the liquid in the saute pan and create a thickened gravy so much more quickly than in my large frying pan. The only con I've seen so far is the finish of the stainless steel in the inside of the pan gets dull and has a rainbow effect after cooking with it. This, I understand, is natural in stainless steel pans, and does not diminish the functionality of the pan, merely the aesthetics. It is regrettable, but not uncommon, as I've seen the same thing happen in some of my other stainless steel pots and pans.
