Shrinking 2-3/4" Frying Pan

I purchased the 2-3/4 quart " Classic" frying pan in December 2024. I have been using my Farberware "Classic" cook wear since 1981, so by ordering the Classic aluminum clad frying pan I assumed it would match my existing set. Unfortunately the specs on the new frying pan do not match original Classic .The new pan has a diameter of 9-1/2", while the original has a diameter of 10". That means that the new lid will not fit on my original frying pan, nor will it fit on my 8 quart pot as designed. Hmmmm. Shrink-flation in cook wear as well,?! Also disappointed to see the new pan made in China, while my original set was manufactured in NYC-USA.

Beautiful looking, but feel a little tinny. Not like my grandmother's pans. Also leaves water stain on inside after hand washing.
Love the six pots that I just received

Looking at the saute pans. What are the dimensions? How deep are they? How wide? I want to order one or the other and maybe both soon!

I recently ordered several items online - electric frying pan, crockpot, blender, Farberware frying pan and Farberware saucepan. The electric frying pan and crockpot were shipped together and the box was so heavy I could barely lift it off my porch. I had to roll it end over end to get it into my house. All I could think about was the poor delivery driver carrying it from the truck to the house. Today, the two Farberware items came. They were in a huge box filled with packing peanuts. I filled two large kitchen trash bags with peanuts. How do I dispose of them? There is absolutely not reason that a box that big was need to ship the two Farberware pans. I am pleased with all the purchased items, but very unhappy with the shipment of them!

I bought a set of Farberware pots and pans in 1971. The only pan I do not still have is the large frying pan. I do not know how but I lost it OR it was stolen. I still have all the rest and they are in EXCELLENT shape. . . after 53 years!!! I use them every day!!

Love this pan. We have one of these already but thought it would be helpful to have another. I ordered 2 so we would have a backup. We love the style. Highly recommend this product.

Let me start by saying this pot us 20 years old but is now useless because the screw holding the handle to the pot broke. Half is in the handle and half is in the pot so not an easy fix. Tried customer service online but that is pathetic and now can't even log in. In today's world of online access you works think they would want this done online rather than a phone call but guess not.

Diameter a little less but the height is higher than my mothers Farberware pan . Hope it lasts as long . Her Farberware pan was bought in the late 1950's .
