I already own the bigger sauce pan and this mini is perfect for smaller quantities. I've used it for soups, veggies, sauces, gravys and it cleans up so easily. Just wash in warm soapy water and barely have to scrub. I have many Caraway pots and pans....not disappointed in any of them!
