The ceramic cookware set has so far (first few weeks of use) lived up to the ease of cooking, and the inside surfaces clean easily without scrubbing. Not as true for the outer surfaces, which have already shown signs of staining that don't come out even with recommended cleaning. The organizers have transformed my pots & pans cabinet, and make it easy to protect my cookware. All in all pleased so far, but wish the darker colors weren't so much more expensive; would probably try those to reduce the appearance of stains if I had it to do all over again.
