[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am not only vegan but Plant Based Whole Food. I cook and bake a lot, and plant based batters are often sticky: using ground lentils, ground almond flours, Sweeteners are date based or maple syrup. I cook without oil (a food dense in calories, void in nutrition, and a dangerous inflammatory agent). It is a bit of a challenge to get delicious satisfying textures, and it is so much easier with Caraway products. I roast vegetables and am fussy about texture. These pans roast equally on the bottom and top simultaneously. My cookies have perfect texture and my rolls the perfect crust. I treat my Caraway surfaces respectfully and they take care of me right back. Everything slides off and clean up is a dream. I am selling my LeCrueset, and other high end brands on Craigslist if you like to struggle, you should consider purchasing my old bakeware at a steep discount.
