Worst customer service. Missing 7 slats and two legs. I bet we received the replacement item from someone else's order. So disappointed. We are foster parents and our kiddo had to stay in group home because the bed we ordered well in advance had a ton of missing parts we could not put together. And to make it worse, the Target rep stated this happens all the time and will order another bed to swap out the missing pieces. NEVER again with Target. Amazon is getting ALL my business.

The parts don't all fit properly. Putting this together, especially inserting the slats into place, is a nightmare, and most non engineering types should be wary. The hardware was not all the same, and I had to buy new screws and nuts. The instructions are poor. There was a crack on one of the legs. There appears to have been no quality control.

The chemical smell is completely unacceptable considering this is for a toddler. There is no way to wash or air it out. Additionally the slats on the head/footboard fall out. Would not recommend even at this price point

The wood slats that make up the design of the headboard gingerly fell off. I am not sure if we are going to return this bed or try reaching out to the company for a replacement headboard, or try would gluing them back. I could understand if one slat fell off but almost all of them, we put the bed together the same day we received it. Cheaper quality than we expected : (. also confusing because the foot forward seems to be better put together than the headboard (I guess that's a plus it does not seem like it will fall apart the same way.)

Sturdy bed perfect for my son. He loves it, been sleeping in it ever since we built it. Easy to put together. A piece of wood did come with a very noticeable scratch. Other than that I am very happy with the bed.

I purchased two of these beds for my twin grandsons. When my daughter received them the headboard on one was cracked. She already had the baby beds taken down and the toddler bed mostly put together when she noticed it. I immediately contacted Target to get a replacement headboard. They want her to take the bed apart and bring it to the mail center and send it back then once they receive it they will send another bed. How bout send her another bed or just the head board then y’all pick up the broken one since it’s yalls fault! Her son needs a place to sleep so now we are stuck with the broken bed. It’s usable but looks bad and who wants to pay for something that is broken?!!! Yalls customer service sucks!!!

Good little bed for my toddler. Crib mattress fit perfectly and added a netted rail while he gets used to a bed instead of a crib. Looks great and high quality, seemed very sturdy while building it. Got it on sale, great deal and it won’t hurt when he outgrows it. Built it by myself in less than an hour. Definitely recommend this cute little bed.

Bought for my 2 year old grandson. Weight limit is 50 lbs, so don’t know how long he will use.
I assembled it myself,it was just missing one pre drilled hole but I made one myself.
Looks really cute with the Mickey Mouse sheets I bought.
