Q: Does this "washed natural" match the "natural" finish of the Carter's by DaVinci® Colby 6-Drawer Dresser? I'm assuming so, but the different names are throwing me off.

This crib is sturdy and the color is beautiful. Like all other cribs on the market the conversion kit is sold separately. Assembly was easy and the mattress can be set at 3 different heights.

I had a Carter's crib for my first three babies. It was awesome. When I bought this I expected the same quality. Not even close. The crib looks nice but that's about it. Paint peels very easily. Earlier in the night I voiced concerns to my husband about the paint issues and our 17 month old potentially teething on the crib. Sure enough tonight my baby chewed the rail and began to cry. I went in and my baby had blood on hands, face, sleep sack, sheet, and crib. The rail had splintered. I am livid at the crib and myself for not listening to my gut. Our old crib was 7 years old and it had never harmed any of my kids even during teething. I will be looking for a replacement and taking this to the dump. Their website says the paint is safe, but I still think this is a major safety/quality issue.

The pink is beautiful and a tad more muted than the photos. However ours arrived with many sharp spots in the paint/wood that gave us splinters just taking it out of the box. Target customer service was quick to issue a return pickup from my home and I’ve ordered a replacement hoping we just got a bad one. The pink is so fun, really hoping the replacement is much safer.

Easy to assemble. It’s a 4-in-1 only if you purchase the additional hardware. Otherwise, it’s really just a crib. You need to purchase a née front side to convert it into a toddler bed, and a whole new set of frame rails and mattress to convert it into a twin bed. It’s a crib.

The crib seems sturdy and worth the money but our mattress does not fit this crib. Maybe mattress sizes have changed since we bought ours but I would not have purchased this crib if I knew I would have to also buy a new mattress.

The dimensions were WAY off, the description says 41.88” high, it’s 33” at best. I bought the crib bc of the dimensions, I needed something higher than the cribs I already have bc my 18mo old is ready to climb out. With the mattress and feet of the crib, you have 26” left over. The crib I already have by Delta measures 29” from mattress to top of crib. I need something higher and was so excited when I read the dimensions said 41.88”, only to be very disappointed upon its arrival. Three stars bc the return process was simple otherwise I would’ve given in 1 star.

Very cute and simple crib! I like the neutral washed natural tone of this crib. Given that it is at this price point, it is so not easy and awesome that it is greenguard gold certified!!!
