A: Our conversion kits were not made to be used with slats so you will need to purchase a full-size box spring along with full-size mattress.

This is a beautiful looking crib but it has its down sides! Sadly there are some major design flaws. Firstly, there was a flaw in the wood/paint which yes it can be covered. Second, and most annoying the holes were drilled too far in the manufacturing and then was plugged and filled back in. This made it a pain in the butt to put together. Overall, durability and look is there, but don’t expect the product to be manufactured well or for the put-together process to go smoothly without any hiccups.

Terrible quality crib. Screws in holes making it impossible to connect pieces. Ordered a replacement part off Davinci website with serial number lot and all the correct info just for it to take a month for them to ship the wrong part. I will be returning this and buying a different brand of crib. I would not recommend Davinci, terrible quality and even worse customer service. Attached pic of replacement part (left) and original (right) and screw blocking path of hardware to attach parts.

It is such a BEAUTIFUL crib. I love the gray, my only issue is when we went to take it out of the box, the arch on top broke off, just wasn't gluded on right, instead of making a big deal (because it was a simple fix) my boyfriend was able to epoxy it back on and it looks fantastic!

Absolutely love this crib. The style and color were exactly what I wanted. Bought the matching dresser as well. Have been using it for a year now. The only complaint I have is when it came to lowering the mattress it was a bit tricky and difficult. Aside from that VERY happy with it!

Item came with a heavy chemical smell from the wood stain used. We moved it temporarily into another room with a fan to let it air out for a few days. The smell seems to be improving. Definitely allow a few days before use.

I purchased this crib in store back in January. My partner had no issues putting it together and did so within an hour. Instructions were clear and easy to understand. I was specifically looking for a crib with a solid backing and this one looks very nice overall. I’ve realized that there aren’t toys all along the back behind the crib and appreciate the design. Our toddler is a little beaver, so Greenguard certified was also something I was looking for. I purchased crib rail wraps eventually and they fit perfectly on the crib. Overall, it’s a sturdy crib and we have loved it. We recently lowered the height to the very bottom. It was easy to do and very quick. Soon enough we’ll be converting to a toddler bed. I would recommend this crib.

First product was damaged. Customer service attempted to help but created a confusing process and never got the replacement piece (was told several weeks). So we returned the crib and ordered a new one. Arrival date was delayed several times and the 2nd crib had a small damaged area. Luckily on the backside and does not affect stability. Just going to keep it.
