Q: By bracket projection is that to the inside or outside dimension. If to the outside, what is the projection from the wall to the rod when installed? I’m wondering about clearance of blind frame.

A: This product comes in 2 different lengths. One can be extended 36 to 66 inches and the other can be extended from 66 to 120 inches. I hope that helps!

A: Sara: We believe is would be possible to curt down our Carved Light Woodtone Ball curtain rod to suit your needs, but we cannot guarantee that the rod will not get damaged in the process. If using a rod cutter, you would need to be careful not to dent the rod, or the two telescoping rods will not properly connect. We also caution that any raw edges created after cutting the rod be sanded down to avoid injury. We hope this helps! Cheap plastic anchors ruined my walls. Going to need to rematch and paint. I suggest getting meta ez anchors with no drill required. It did the job. Pitc the plastic anchors.

I love this rod. I have had it installed for several months and love it more everyday. It is a soft subtle color which blends beautifully with my ecru drapes. It looks like it was hand carved. It looks like art. It would work with several decors, French country, country, traditional, boho and contemporary. You complete the look with your window treatments. I think I is a real find for the money.

Love the look but the rod hooks that screw into the wall to hold the curtain rod don’t just sit in the hooks like normal, you have to thread them THROUGH the dang things. It makes your curtains unusable because you can’t move them anymore. So stupid.

Please note that curtains can be removed by unscrewing the finial on one end of the rod, then telescoping the rod inward. While supporting the rod with your hand, remove the curtains with your other hand, then thread the rod back into the bracket and secure by reattaching the finial. We hope that over time you'll appreciate the overall the look of this rod.

Overall I did like the look of this curtain rod, the carved finials are a nice decorative touch. But like many other reviewers, we were surprised to find screws included that were totally mismatched to the anchors provided, necessitating a trip to the hardware store before we could complete installation. Given how many have commented on this discrepancy, hard to believe Target hasn’t fixed that issue. Doesn’t make me inclined to buy other drapery hardware from Target.

I bought this because at first glance, the reviews are great and it’s one of very few options for wood tone curtain rods… if we didnt just spend an hour finding our own hardware for installation, I might consider 3 stars but then once we got it up, the center clear piece to keep the halves together broke! Now they are a slippery slidey CHEAP MESS! I am having houseguests the next week but will be returning after. This is the flimsiest and most frustrating curtain rod I have ever hung. Dollar store quality.

Hardware is junk and damaged my wall. Will need to repair the hole it made, before I can get correct wall anchors that will work. May return still. The span for the curtain rod does not reach full advertised span without major sagging. I imagine the middle bracket will alleviate, but wouldn’t know cause the plastic wall anchor broke after trying to screw it in.

Hp: Both the 36"-66" and 66"-120" rod sizes include a center bracket. A center bracket should always be used when installing the 66"-120" rod size. If the 36"-66" rod size is fully extended, the center bracket should be used for extra support or to prevent sagging. We hope this helps!
