Description
Our Casabella Flat Mop Bucket System uses divided compartments that separate the dirty water from the clean water, so you're always mopping with clean water. When you think about it, why would anyone want to clean with dirty water? The flat mop makes cleaning easy and quick, with a 360-degree rotating head to get at corners and floorboard edges. Simply push the mop through the built-in wringing system and squeeze out the dirty water and debris to get ready to clean again with a completely clean mop. Great for any hardwood floor, laminate or tile. The mop head is made of absorbent microfiber that can be used wet or dry and is completely washable and resusable. The bucket and mop are compact and easy to store.

Q: I have this mop and love it. I can't find extra mop pads just off name ones I cant.be sure would fit. One of the side clips broke but it's staying on. But would love some extra pads thanks!!

A:Â One big clip on each short end. After mastering that, bend back a flap & slip 3 little pockets over 3 thin flexible tabs (on each end), then resnap the 2 big clips to secure. Not for arthritic hands.

A:Â Hi Penny, while we suggest cleaning with water or an all purpose cleaner, you can use the cleaning solution of your choice at your digression. You may need to clean the bucket and mop pad more thoroughly if before using a different cleaner due to the ingredients of Murphy's Oil compared to a general household all purpose cleaner. I was very hesitant about buying this mop because of some of the reviews, but I went ahead and bought it anyways after going back and forth for a few weeks. It’s unfortunate that the few bad reviews on here can have so much impact on a decision to purchase because this mop is actually a great mop. I haven’t had any of the issues as I’ve read on the reviews. The mop did a great job of cleaning my floors. The mop head isn’t flimsy or wobbly so it is challenging to place it in the bucket while cleaning but you can just wear gloves and turn it yourself. It’s honestly not that big of a deal. In regard to the mop not getting fully wet, this could be that there isn’t enough water in the bucket. My mop was fully wet. Lastly, the mop and bucket are very well made. I looked at other brands where people complained that the dirty water would enter the clean water chamber, but the way this bucket is built, the dirty water goes in it’s own space. I would 100% recommend this mop. Definitely try it out for yourself.

I hate this mop SO MUCH! Felt like a big waste of money! I wanted something small and compact I don’t have a lot of space in my apt and I wanted to love this so much! My floors never looked/felted that clean. The bottom stopper never stayed shut and spilled dirty water everywhere. Used it for 3 months before giving up and buying a big cedar mop yes it’s annoying to store but my floors are clean!

Great idea and decent function overall… I feel like the mop head needs to have options for different attachments. Perhaps something to scrub with, as this mop head isn’t the best at removing some harder to clean areas.

I really love this mop. I've used it a couple times now. I used to use a spray mop, which left streaks all over the floors. We live in the country and we have four dogs. Our floors can get pretty dirty in between cleanings. Anyway, with the spray mop, if you don't change the pad frequently, you end up with streaks. With this new mop, because it has a section in the middle of the bucket where you can clean the pad frequently while mopping, I don't get streaks at all. I feel like the floor is clean, and although I hate my pink kitchen floors, (which are about to get changed out soon finally!) that was the worst area for showing streaks. But now I have no streaks at all on that pink floor tile. You do have to remember to fill the center chamber frequently. You run out of water in there then you're not cleaning the pad. But the bucket holds 1 gallon of water which cleaned my entire 2,000 ft² house without having to refill.

This mop system was a complete waste of money. The bucket lid is lightweight, you must hold the bucket down with one hand while wringing out the mop with the other. The mop only gets half wet so you must remove it, spin it around and get the other half wet. Then the plug came off and I came back to a big wet puddle on my floor. I threw away the bucket and kept the mop, I'll squeegee it off with a knife.

Thought this would be easy to use. I filled the bucket and inserted the mop head, it came out only half wet, so I flipped it around and did the other half. The mop is pretty easy to use once you get it wet. The second time I inserted it I had to hold the bucket down with one hand and pull the mop out with the other. I came back to rewet the mop and there was a PUDDLE on the floor around the bucket. I must have bumped the drain plug with my toe and it came out and drained the water onto the floor. They shouldn't even have a drain plug. Next time I'll put the wash water in a regular bucket and just use the tall bucket to sqeegee the mop.

I fell in love with the Casabella flat mop bucket system so buying more of these mop pad refills was a no- brainer. I’ve used other flat mops with their own refills but the Casabella pads are far superior in their cleaning ability! I’m very impressed and really hope the bucket holds up over time. So far, so good, but I’ve only owned it for a couple of months.

The system works great. It does everything it's supposed to. The mop handle is sturdy. The mop pads are nice and they attach easily and go in and out of the bucket with ease. What I love the most is that the bottom of the mop is completely flat and the mop pad snaps in and is secure so as you are mopping it's a close, tight swipe. It doesn't miss any spots. The reason I gave it 4 stars is because it is all plastic so you have to be careful putting the lid on and off so that you don't snap anything. The plastic was not cut to precision so the one side doesn't snap in too well and I don't trust it that the lid won't pop off so I still hold onto the bottom of it when I'm transporting it from room to room. All in all it works just fine for a low, affordable price.

Maybe it’s just me but this thing has so much lost potential. I really wanted to love it and it DOES work.. my issue is that the water chamber you dip the pad into never fills completely full so if you want fresh water in the entire pad, you have to rinse then flip and rinse the other side. It’s super cumbersome to do that because you have to flip it with your hand and then you’re dripping water all over. It’s weird. I did half my kitchen and then decided it’s not for me. The dirty water was dirty so it definitely works but I’ll go back to the spin mop I was previously using. Also the mop head is small and would take me way too long to mop my house as it’s almost entirely LVP.

The pads are a bit tough to switch out, and the mop sometimes gets stuck when dipping in the bucket, kinda have to do it at an angle. Otherwise easy to use. Also did wish I could lock the mop head

This is great! Small and compact but does the job well. I like the bucket to rinse and it is easy to use. I have all flooring in my house and I do have a steam mop but this is perfect to use while my house is renovated. I had walls torn down, new dry wall patching and this was quick and easy . Will use this often when renovation is complete. Much better than mop and bucket

It ACTUALLY works!!!! I can clean my floors and white walls at the same time! I can even use the same water from cleaning last week🤦♀️ because I forgot to dump it and did. When I did finally dump it, whatever was on the clean side was crystal clear! It seems sturdy enough but I’ve only had it three weeks. My last two mops were the ones that I could spray clean water as I go but the rubber seals wore out and they leaked after a year. Before that it was a mop and bucket but I was just dipping it into old water. No more pushing around dirty water. I am so excited about this mop and it really does everything it says.

There are two compartments in the bucket, one for the fresh water and one for the dirty water. It makes it convenient when mopping. It comes with a reusable microfiber mop head and does a reasonable job of mopping. I would say the cons of this are that you still have to use, and carry around, the bucket while you mop. Also the mop itself is very lightweight so if you want to scrub you have to put some effort into it. It is easy to clean out the mop bucket after as well as it is easy to clean the mop head.
