Casabella Clean Water Flat Mop Refill

I like how this mop system separate the dirty from the clean water but every time I use it cap holding in the dirty water pops open and dumps water on my hardwood floors. I cannot figure out how to prevent the cap from opening. I wish someone would tell me how to fix this problem!

Mop does a great job of cleaning and live being able to use clean water

This mop system was a complete waste of money. The bucket lid is lightweight, you must hold the bucket down with one hand while wringing out the mop with the other. The mop only gets half wet so you must remove it, spin it around and get the other half wet. Then the plug came off and I came back to a big wet puddle on my floor. I threw away the bucket and kept the mop, I'll squeegee it off with a knife.

I fell in love with the Casabella flat mop bucket system so buying more of these mop pad refills was a no- brainer. I’ve used other flat mops with their own refills but the Casabella pads are far superior in their cleaning ability! I’m very impressed and really hope the bucket holds up over time. So far, so good, but I’ve only owned it for a couple of months.

The pads are a bit tough to switch out, and the mop sometimes gets stuck when dipping in the bucket, kinda have to do it at an angle. Otherwise easy to use. Also did wish I could lock the mop head

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The pros of this mop are that you can rinse off the mop pad in the same container as the fresh water. There are two compartments in the bucket, one for the fresh water and one for the dirty water. It makes it convenient when mopping. It comes with a reusable microfiber mop head and does a reasonable job of mopping. I would say the cons of this are that you still have to use, and carry around, the bucket while you mop. Also the mop itself is very lightweight so if you want to scrub you have to put some effort into it. It is easy to clean out the mop bucket after as well as it is easy to clean the mop head.

The mop stick is metal and pretty sturdy. The mop container for the water is also sturdy, but to insert and remove the mop for cleaning is the difficult part. Also it only comes with one fiber piece, so in the future you may need to replace it.

I love the three separate compartments for water. I really love how well it wrings out. I feel like that sets it apart from other clean water tank mops I’ve used. The 4 mop handle extenders offer different length options for cleaning multiple different surfaces without having to stretch or strain during mopping. The mophead is made of a soft microfiber material that is gentle to use on all surfaces. The mophead cleaned the surfaces very well. The mop bucket has 2 different compartments that separates the clean water from the dirty water. To rinse the mop there is a feature built into the bucket that you insert the mophead into and it grips the mophead to rings it out. There is also a drain plug built into the bucket for a more convenient way to empty the dirty water. I really enjoyed using this product to clean many surfaces not just floors. It made cleaning shower doors, bathtubs, windows and appliance faces easy and effortless. This is a space saving product as well. The entire system breaks down and fits into the bucket for easy space saving storage.

It's slim and easy to use, but it still picks up dirt and grime well on my floors. I'm 5.4 and I think that it's the perfect height for me. The coolest feature for me is the bucket. It has two compartments, so you keep clean rinse water separate from the dirty mop water. This means you don't have to rinse the mop as often, which is a major plus (at least for me). The mop head wrings out super well too, thanks to the tight pocket in the bucket. The only thing is, this mop seems like it would be better for small spaces or quick clean-ups. The handle swivels, which can feel weird to move around in big rooms, and the flat design isn't the most comfy for mopping for a long time. Overall, I really like this Casabella mop! It's perfect for my bedroom/bathroom area in the house!

The big thing about it is how it all disassembles into the mop bucket, so you don’t have to keep a long mop stick sitting around. The bucket itself is sleek and reminiscent of an ice chest how it drains, so it looks pretty in a utility closet. The function of the mop was similar to swiffer products and I have no complaints.
