Q: When I started using Cascade platinum pods, my dishwasher started leaking due to too many suds (as I was told by my plumber). Can this happen? Is Cascade complete better with less suds?

A: Thanks for your question. We want to assure you all variations of Cascade are formulated to not bubble up too much if used according to the instructions on the package. Hand dish soap left on any dishes you may have pre-washed can also add suds. Malfunctioning door gaskets can also lead to over sudsing, as the broken seal allows pressure to be released.

Q: How is it "complete" with our bleach of any kind? Your dish detergents are soo full of fail now.

A: Thank you for your question, Cakeatron. The benefit of any bleach ingredient, regardless of bleach type, is to remove or lighten color. Our Cascade Complete doesn't contain a bleaching agent. However our Cascade +Oxi does contain an oxygen based bleach which offers the same results as any other bleach. Please give us a call at (800) 765-5516, if we can help you further.

Cascade is the only brand I use in my dishwasher because I feel it is the only brand that gets my dishes the cleanest. I have used store brands and another brand and Cascade is by far gives me the best results. There is no scent left on my dishes and dishes are squeaky clean.
