Scrubbing pads power through hard water and lime stains 2X faster than when using a toilet brush with manual toilet bowl cleaner. Designed for optimal reach, hexagonal shaped scrubbing pads conform to hard to reach areas like under the rim no more bending and stretching. The fresh scent neutralizes odors without the bleach smell. Use this non abrasive formula to sanitize a variety of surfaces, including porcelain, chrome, enamel and synthetic marble. Never touch an icky toilet brush again: disposable scrubbing pads conveniently pop off into the trash so you can toss the mess every time. *When used as directed.Usage Directions: To Clean: Open pouch of disposable cleaning heads and push handle straight down onto cleaning head unit until it clicks into place. Empty bowl before cleaning. Dip cleaning head in toilet bowl water for 1 to 2 seconds. Scrub entire toilet bowl above water line. When finished, release excess water by pressing cleaning head against toilet bowl and slide blue button forward to release head into trash bin. Flush to rinse toilet. Do not flush cleaning head.Caution Statements: CAUTION: Causes moderate eye irritation. Avoid contact with eyes or clothing. Wash thoroughly with soap and water after handling and before eating and drinking, chewing gum or chewing tobacco. FIRST AID: IF IN EYES: Hold eye open and rinse slowly and gently with water for 15-20 minutes. Remove contact lenses, if present, after the first 5 minutes, then continue rinsing. Q: Did you change the structure and density of these pads or did I just get a defective batch? I bought a new wand and the refills but they are flimsier than the other ones I've used and don't clean as well.

Q: What is in the cleaner? Bleach? Ammonia? Acids? Bases /corrosives (like CLR or Lime Away)? My new toilets have the TOTO CEFIONTECT coating which cannot withstand those items above. If the Toilet Wand is not appropriate, then what might be?

I love the idea of the wand. Smells and cleans great. My problem is that the pads fall apart the second it hits the water. I have to fish it out with a gloved hand and continue to clean . I'm going back to old fashioned brush and cleaner.

The scrubber falls off the wand so quickly. I either can't get through a clean or I'm having to hold it so carefully to keep the little bit that's still attached from detaching. They didn't used to be like this, quality has gone downhill.

Was excited to use the product due to its hygienic factor. I was met by immediate disappointment, as soon as you use the “disposables” the come unglued from the connector and you have to hope it doesn’t fall deep into the toilet because you will be fishing it out.

Cleans stains in the corners of my toilet that I could never get with a traditional toilet brush. A very hygienic alternative to reusable toilet brushes and the pads leave the toilet looking and smelling sparkling clean. Only complaint is that they are made with mostly plastic, which is not ideal for the environment. But otherwise would definitely recommend.

The quality has gone down. I purchase a large quantity of refills and the scrubber detaches from the wand. I’ve had this happen to at least 5 different pads. Very frustrating. They use to be great.

The toilet wand heads are coming right off. I went through 5 wand heads to try and clean my toilet and every single one of them the sponge part popped right off and I had to fish it out of the toilet.

The cleaning head detached from the plastic holder and you have to fish the cleaning head out of the toilet. This has happened so many times and not economical at all. You use so many heads at one time just to get the toilet scrubbed. It is not just one box of refills that this has happened with. Very disappointed!!

The most economical and environmental friendly toilet cleaner wehave is from Clorox. Wasy to use and refillable. it also contains of 6 disposable scrubbing pads. Very effective when cleaning your dirt in the toilet. The scent is also good!

I use to love the toilet wand. But lately several months the scrubber comes unglued and then the plastic wand is exposed, can’t do any cleaning. I’ve retrieved the sponge with a glove and cleaned with it! I probably won’t be buying them much longer.

These are awful. The sponge detaches from the wand every time I use it. It detaches from the holder that hooks into the wand And forget about cleaning under the rim. One time the sponge broke off and when down the toilet hole. I had to dig it out with my hand.
