Work great and no issues there. In 2024 you got 48 washes for $16 and in 2025 40 washes for $17.99. Cost more and 8 less washes. They will clean dishes great, but they also have a sharp shrink and even liquid inside seems less.

I have been testing this Cascade over the past few months trying to see what it won’t get off. I have yet to succeed in this task! These little packets pack a punch that even my 16 year-old daughter can’t beat! Hahaha! I am definitely a customer for life. Keep up the great work! P.S. The photos I’m including are of a wooden spoon with mostly dried on Mac’n cheese…before and after.

If I could give less than one star I would. I bought these because my dishwasher recommends Cascade. The pack did not dissolve. Tried a new pod and it still didn’t work. Ended up having to unload and hand wash everything. Don’t waste your money.

We suggest making sure that the dispenser cup isn't blocked, and that sprayer arms are able to move freely. Make sure your dishes aren't too crowded in your machine, and are all positioned so that water and soap can clean them. Also, a dishwasher sprayer arm may be blocked by dishes or by build-up inside it. Make sure the arms spin freely and that none of them are plugged up. A year after the last poor performance review of the lemon scent pods - I bought a pack and yes they still have an overpowering bad smell - like mothballs - R and D needs to rethink this!

I have tried all kinds of dishwasher detergents and this is by far, THE BEST there is. I am amazed at how clean and sort free my dishes, etc are. Even my air fryer parts are spotless, and we bought it used!!!

Being a mother of three I need my dishes to come out clean the first time. With the cascade platinum pods they do. My kids and me load up the dish washer put a cascade pod in and they come out clean no residue.

I've used these for years, but I'm confused why I can't find the yellow liquid. Did this change or something? I am finding the green, purple, blue in lemon scent. I've always gotten the yellow liquid because it doesn't run the risk of staining certain things like the blue can. Any information would be appreciated.

These actionpacs do not dissolve in the dishwasher. Item I got a defective pac or they aren't good.

Have been using Platinum Action Pacs- Fresh Scent for years, both in our recently retired dishwasher and our new two-month old dishwasher. The Fresh Scent pacs performed well, and only a slight aroma remained when the dishwasher cycle was complete. Recently bought the Lemon Scent pacs- dishwashing performance is fine, but (a big 'but') an overwhelmingly strong odor remains when any dishwasher cycle is complete. The odor impregnates silicone utensils and most plastics, that even rinsing by hand does not remove the odor. The odor is intolerable, which led me to take the time to provide a review. Surprised that P&G keeps marketing the Lemon Scent. The Lemon Scent pacs are trash-worthy.

The pods dry out quickly and do not dissolve in dishwasher. The liquid parts of the pods do dissolve but the detergent is hard and doesn't break down. Dishes are not cleaned. I've tried with pods purchased at two different times and continue to have the issue. The liquid gel works much better even though it does not seem as convenient. Not worth the money.

Our dishwasher (d/w) holds a large amount of (Cascade) liquid detergent and automatically dispenses the right quantity per washing load. Downside is that the liquid has left lots of “white residue” that I haven’t been able to remove. I recently tried another brand’s products to specifically “clean” the d/w. Nothing happened. So since I hadn’t refilled my liquid dispenser, I decided to try Cascade Platinum/Lemon pods while I figured out more d/w cleaning options. Since most d/w cleaning aids instruct using them w/o detergent. Well, after only one full wash cycle, not only were my dishes cleaned but the white residue from the liquid is also gone! Needless to say I’ll be stocking up on Cascade Platinum/Lemon pods to continue using this amazing product! Since I was trying the product, we only bought a 14-pod pouch. It would be nice for you to address better large packaging instead of the non-recycleable containers others have complained about.

I have tried using other brands since and nothing compares to Cascade. I hate that these big plastic tubs aren't recyclable, but it's really the only downside, and the tablets aren't individually wrapped in foil like they are with some brands like Finish Powerball Dishwasher Tabs. These get my dishes sparkling clean and remove even burnt on food or tough messes.

This is my favorite dishwasher detergent! I love that you do not need to pre wash. I have placed dishes with food residue still on them and greasy pans and my dishes come out clean and looking brand new! Does not leave any soapy residue. And my glasses come out sparkling without water spots. I will never buy another brand of dishwasher detergent! Worth the purchase and I definitely recommend.

I have tried many different brands of dishwasher pods from store brands (Great Value, Amazon, etc.) and every single one have left particulates on my dishes. I bought some Cascade Platinum Lemon scent dishwasher pods and have not found any particulates OR water spots on my dishes. The lemon scent fills the kitchen and smells clean and refreshing and there’s nothing nicer than having completely clean dishes. Sad to say goodbye to Cascade. Yes it works great & even cleans the dishwasher! But until they offer a more ecological packaging I am out. They do have thin plastic pouches, but only for small quantities so much nore expensive. Those thick plastic tubs are ridiculous to send out as disposable. NO. MORE. PLASTIC.
