Works well in my son’s kinetic sand bin. We are looking forward to summer to test them outside. I wish there was a way to clip the pieces not being used together for storage

It's still cold right now so we haven't been to the beach with these, but we've tried them in the DG in our yard and in kinetic sand and it didn't really work that well in these mediums. We'll give it another try in a couple months, but for now they are in the closet.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] What a fun toy for my 5-year old. He has been playing with it in play-doh and kinetic sand! It's too cold to play in outdoor sand right now. It has three different patterns. The wheel is a little hard to get off at first but with a little muscle, we were able to pull it off.

Although it is winter here still and we can't play outside in his sand box with it just yet, we decided to use it on my playdoh and it works great! He loves making roads with it from his cars! I have no doubt once the weather warms up he will love it just as much if not more in his new sandbox! Great construction toy for all kids!

We have a large sand box area in the back yard and he uses the truck in there constantly. He loves the 3 different types of rollers and changes them out to make different patterns. It's a great toy and I highly recommend it.
