It's cute, the function of the grasp and moving of the arm is a bit hard to control. Overall it's a great toy but kind of harsh to maneuver
Not worth thr money

This doesn't work well. The levers don't make it move easily and it doesn't even pick up the blocks it comes with. Kids ripped the box up so I couldn't return.

I love the concept just like my 6yr son did but this toy is made of cheap plastic with moving gears that you are unable to access. so if they're a little too rough or something fall into the opening it's going to break. You are not able to repair it because there are no screws it has been riveted closed. That's the part that irritates me the most. To make a product where you purposely design it to where parents are unable to fix it for their children it's just beyond evil at this point. The massive carbon footprints, the disappointment on your baby's face, the frustration from having to return, it's just unreasonable. This company should be ashamed of themselves and they are now on my no buy list.
Loved it

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Like all CAT toy products this is a great one for those kiddos who cannot get enough of trucks and large machines. My son is exactly the same for this was a perfect addition to his collection of CAT toys. What makes it special is all the parts that come apart with it and are so interactive to use. It’s a great way to get creative and it’s so intricate! My son loves it.
Fun!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is such a fun set for the kids. The Roarin' Rex-cavator makes sounds and movements. It comes with blocks that are designed as buildings that you can stack up. My son likes to knock the buildings down and put them in the mouth as if he is chewing them up. Hours of fun!
Fun toy!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My son loves dinosaurs so he was very interested in this toy. He loves scooping up the blocks in the toy's mouth and tries to stack them up. The joysticks are easy to use and the buttons control the mouth of the toy and also trigger some sounds and lights. The toy is well built and seems durable. It would have been nice if they had some volume control buttons on this as it is a bit loud. Overall, a fun toy that keeps my kid entertained for a while.
my toddler loves this

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our toddler is really enjoying his new construction toy! It’s very easy to use and very interactive. He really likes being able to scoop up the toy rocks and place them into containers. Quality looks to be long lasting as well.

I was very impressed with the mechanism and the design behind this product! The quality seems great! I was a little surprised in the size, thinking it was going to be bigger but overall it’s a win!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My little guy loves Dinosaur toys AND building type trucks....this Roarin' Rex-cavator is both in one toy! The packaging was easy to take off and my son was ready to play within a couple minutes. It comes with small "building" type pieces that the "Rexcavator" can pick up with its bucket and or roar at! My son especially loved the controls in the back and I found it very neat that they mimic real excavator type controls. He loves this toy and has played with it for hours and hours so far. I highly recommend it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My 5 year old son lovveesss this toy!! It's not too big or too small but just the perfect height and the sounds are very clear (his favorite part) especially for a toy. As a mom, I'm loving this toy because it mixes two of my boys top interests , dinosaurs and big machinery.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] If your kiddos loves dinos, or trucks, or destroying things or even all three and more this is ideal! Can't go wrong with this as a gift either! My 4 year old had a bit trouble with navigating the handles but after 2 days he got the hang of it and was so happy! I do however wish this had an on and off sound button as I have a newborn but eh no biggie it intertains my toddler for a long time!
Cool toy!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My sons have loved playing with this and its a super cute toy. The sounds and lights are a nice addition because they take a basic plastic toy and give it a bit more life. My kids are 3 and 5 and they tend to be drawn to construction and Dino’s so this really is a perfect toy for them.
Interactive fun

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the soft flickering light and the coziness candles add to a room. Yankee Candle is one of my favorites because they burn slow and the scent is strong enough to permeate the room without being too strong. The Soft Wool & Amber is my newest favorite. It’s soft and soothing. It’s sweet without being sickly sweet. It’s inviting and adds another layer of comfort to your space. This is such a brilliant idea for a toy. My little one has had hours of fun manipulating the levers to pick up the blocks. This is a great hand eye coordination toy. The sounds and lights bring it to life and adds to the experience. It is very well-made and does include batteries but the batteries that came in mine were dead when it arrived. So, have some extras on hand just in case. Overall, this is a great learning toy for kids and provides many benefits beyond playtime.
It's a hit

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We got this for our 6 yr old grandsons birthday. He love dinosaurs and loves playing with different kinds of vehicles. This is the best of both. It comes fully assembled, with batteries and some little blocks tp scope up. There are two handles with triggers to control the bucket of the excavator and one them have a button for more sounds. Controls are easy to use and once he got the hang of it, he was scooping up everything. Even his little 1 yr old brother got in on the fun and was able to use the controls, just not good as big brother. He has had a ball playing with this one, chasing other dinosaurs, and destroying cites.
