On non-training days, take one serving (1 scoop) in the morning. The flavor is great, but it’s gritty and doesn’t seem to mix well as I get the grit at the bottom. If you could get it to mix better, then I will definitely repurchase.

I can't speak to the results just yet, but the flavor (Watermelon) is great and is a nice addition to my workouts. I'm looking forward to trying the other flavors.
