After about a month of using them, I think they are effective in getting me vitamins into my system. The packaging is perfect, not hard to open and keeps my kiddo out of them.

The strong flavors of citrus actually awakened my salivary glands and helped with brushing my teeth. They have added sugar and I am not a huge fan of that, so I’m going to search and see if they have a sugar free or no sugar added option as the tropical flavor profile is really great.

These gummies are great because I dislike swallowing vitamin pills so this is a great alternative (and it feels like you’re eating a sweet treat too!) they are very soft and cheery and have great flavors. It’s packed with the essential vitamins and minerals I need to feel better and more energized. While it isn’t too sweet, sugar is the first “other ingredient” which is my only criticism of the product. The price is reasonable, so I would purchase this again as part of my daily supplements.

Has a candy like texture and goes down easy, the packaging is minimal with a baby proof lid, it's a pretty bad value for what you get just a 2 gummies a day treat.
