If you can buy this lamp in store I would 100% recommend it. Like many other reviews, one of them arrived completely shattered. I ordered 2 and the other one was fine. It is an adorable, well-made lamp that looks more expensive than it was. I love the dark charcoal base and I paired it with a Studio McGee Threshold lamp shade. I reported the damaged lamp and Target is sending a replacement, which shipped the same day.

Unfortunately, I opened the box to see the base shattered into a million pieces! Of course, it's unknown if the damage occurred at the warehouse, while in-transit on the FedEx truck, or when the box was delivered to our garage door. I am super bummed because I've been searching forever for the right lamp for an end table. I am going to search in-store from here.

Arrived smashed. I’m so incredibly tired of dealing with Target over broken items because they can’t be bothered to properly package fragile items. It isn’t rocket science. It is, however, a stunning waste of our planet’s resources to continually throw away brand new products because they can’t be fussed for an extra 7 cents worth of packing.

Ordered two lamps. They arrived broken. Called and got shipped replacements and again broken. Looks like Target is having issues figuring out how to ship fragile items. Thankfully was given a refund. Still disappointed though.

This is my second attempt at ordering this lamp. The first order and its replacement order were completely broken upon arrival. Target really needs to do better at packing fragile items for shipping or at least make this lamp available in store, where I can physically go and purchase it in one piece.

Loved the shape, but it’s definitely not black as shown. It’s a matte finish light charcoal, and when the lamp is turned on it appears more gray green. Had to return unfortunately
