I've been searching for 40 years for a moisturize that doesn't cause irritation, break-outs, and extreme itching and have finally found it. Please do not ever reformulate this or stop selling it. I actually cried when I realized I found a product I could use daily. Thank you so much. Finally a product for my irritable and propylene glycol allergic skin!

I have sensitive, combination skin. I used this after serums and before eye cream in my PM routine. This is a light, airy, opaque white lotion that both absorbs and spreads easily. There is no scent, not even a chemical scent. I loved using this cream! It's very gentle on my sensitive skin while leaving it soft and supple afterwards. The price point is great. I think it actually outperforms other moisturizers that are more expensive. After using the whole jar, my skin felt really hydrated. The amount of product actually lasts quite a while if you use it nightly. I would recommend!

I do have sensitive skin, but this moisturizer made my face red and slightly puffy after applying it. My face felt like it was burning. I did try applying it a few times, and got the same result each time.

Two stars because the cream is fine, but I am reiterating other comments to say that the packaging was very disappointing. Having a smaller tub that holds the cream inside of a larger plastic tub is adding more never-degradable and not really recyclable plastic to the landfill and is misleading to the consumer. Please do more to get away from plastic Cetaphil/Galderma laboratories!

For $20 you’re not getting as much product as the deceptive packaging suggests. It looks like a large container but there’s a mini container inside the ridiculously large outer container (that serves zero purpose other than to make you think it’s larger than it is).

Not hydrating enough as advertised. Thick and creamy. Piled after using it the first time. Then decided to give it another try ( used for 1 week ) applying just a little, AM and PM. Great consistency and I thought it would be too much for my skin since I have oily skin but it blended in perfectly, however, my skin felt sort of dry about 1-2 hrs later. It does work well under liquid foundation, due to the smoothness. However, yesterday when used again, it stung my face so bad within mins of using and I had to wash it off and apply another face moisturizer ( ponds) which didn’t burn, along with some hydrocortisone cream, since there was a rash all across my entire forehead. Not sure what caused the burning all of a sudden. All in all I tested this product for roughly 1 week. Won’t be using it due to the inconsistency. Back to the drawing board for another moisturizer.

I absolutely love this moisturizer. I have eczema and sensitive and dry skin, and this is one of my all time favorite face creams (it’s thick but not greasy). It’s a bit pricey for the amount you get — i really go through moisturizer too fast to justify buying a small container like this regularly, but i don’t mind the jar packaging and have never reacted to this. If you are reacting, it’s likely a personal issue, because this is really gentle!

I love Cetaphil products, I have psoriasis and sensitive skin so a lot of creams and lotions make my skin burn or itch. When it comes to the scent of this product it doesn't really have one and if it does I usually get unscented. Most Cetaphil products are packaged the same and easy to find among other products. The texture is thick so you don't need a lot, a little goes a long way and the product absorbs in the skin nicely. Definitely recommend if you have sensitive skin or a skin condition, it is a great product!

This cream gave me an immediate allergic reaction within one minute of applying it to my face during a patch test. My nose instantly started to get an intense pressure feeling on both the sides and on my nose bridge then it started to swell and I mean SWELL. My nose looks crooked it so swollen! I immediately washed the product off and did a double cleanse, still my nose and cheeks started swelling more. Now three days later my nose and face are still swollen even after icing, washing, pill and nasal allergy meds. The thing is that I don't even know what I allergic to that they put in this cream. Definitely would not recommend!

Packaging was good. Oh but the texture is a little greasy for me. Not much of a scent to brag about. Greasy and Hydration are two different things. I may have had a bad batch but it’s not for me.
