After the sizing was washed out, these sheets were so soft. The texture is like a brushed or “peached” feel. The material is substantial—these sheets are quality. Bonus—there are labels sewn into the fitted sheet that identifies the top/bottom. No more starting to make the bed and then having to rotate the fitted sheet because the short side is aligning with the length of the mattress.
