Because our Quality Team confirms that we don't add fragrance to our packs, it's possible the scent you've noticed could be from them being stored near something that has a strong scent. Paper is very porous, and fragrance can easily be absorbed. Speaking about lint, that's also a natural byproduct of our superior soft weave. To keep it out of your rolls, our Team regularly shuts down and cleans out our manufacturing lines, but a clump of lint may have accidentally fallen into your pack. I am a toilet paper SNOB . I have always bought Charmin for its quality and feel even though it was more expensive than other good brands. I put it in my guest bathroom and was embarrassed by the quality of the multipack I bought. Almost every roll had cut edges and most of it had overlapping layers throughout.it was awful !! Why pay more money when the quality is not there, I was going to attach photos but didn’t see how I could.
