Because our Quality Team confirms that we don't add fragrance to our packs, it's possible the scent you've noticed could be from them being stored near something that has a strong scent. Paper is very porous, and fragrance can easily be absorbed. Speaking about lint, that's also a natural byproduct of our superior soft weave. To keep it out of your rolls, our Team regularly shuts down and cleans out our manufacturing lines, but a clump of lint may have accidentally fallen into your pack. Charmin is my preferred brand but ultra soft is too soft for my toilet. I have more issues with it not going down when I flush than with the other Charmins.

I’ve used this for years and the quality is always amazing. However, the new smooth tear feature makes me not want to buy your product anymore. It DOES NOT make tearing any easier and make folding the toilet paper more cumbersome. Please go back to the straight perforations. There was nothing wrong with them.
