I found the cookies to have that play dough taste that a lot of gluten free flour have. In order to promote delicious gluten free products, companies should invest in quality GF flours. These are bearable but I still prefer my own recipes. For a large company and a quick lunch dessert, these do the job I suppose.

These are a great gluten free modification of the original Chips Ahoy cookie. Much better than the Oreo attempt, no weird aftertaste. I hope they try to make other versions of Chips Ahoy GF, like the Reese's one.

Actually the closest comparison to a gluten version I think I’ve ever tried these are so good and still have that crisp that the original do without tasting stale like typical gluten free foods

My only gripe, and this is just a matter of personal preference, was the crunchy texture - I prefer a good chewy cookie. But, if crunchy cookies are your thing, and you are gluten free, then these are a solid option for you!

These are delicious and I honestly would not be able to tell they are gluten free if I had the original recipe on the same plate. As someone who is allergic to gluten, it makes me so happy to see more of my favorite bigger brands making GF iterations of their products so more people with food allergies can enjoy! I highly recommend these if you love chips ahoy!
