Customize your muscle recovery with the Chirp 3-in-1 Muscle Roller. Designed to increase blood flow to repair torn, overworked, tight, and sore muscles. It features a unique interchangeable handle and three unique Chirp Wheels which makes swapping them out for customizable recovery a breeze. The Chirp Focus 4” Wheel+ is designed with extra padding and a patent pending spinal canal for rolling out tight muscles on the back or neck. The Sport 4” Wheel has 2mm of flat surface padding to allow for firm, even pressure on tight muscles. The Chirp Focus XR 4” wheel is designed with a spiked surface to apply the most amount of pressure on the deepest knots and tightest muscles.
