We bought this for my father-in-law for Christmas. We saw other massagers, but they were heavier and some of them were too aggressive. He is able to hold this one himself and can even use it on his shoulders. We will definitely look at this again if someone else wants one!

I stand anywhere from 3-5 hours a day, and a lot of my stress gathers in my upper back/shoulder blade area. This thing really broke up the muscle tension I have there with the fork attachment, and I've even been able to use the ball attachment on a low setting on my hand (I have deep scar tissue in my palm) to help loosen that up. Super versatile and a great supplement to stretching and medication.
