Chuckle & Roar The Pop It! Book

My son loves this book. It’s great for learning words and colors and the pop it function is great for him to play with.

It’s ok but be sure to buy batteries. When I purchased it worked (bought to gift for Easter basket) but when the recipient turned it on the battery was dead. Mind you I only turned it on to try it out when I first bought it.

Got this for my friend's one year old and she loves it!

Great educational book. Off button does not seem to shut book off properly. Bought as a gift and recipient will need to return if it does not shut off properly.

We loved this book, but the battery on it does super quickly. It also came with a corroded battery. Needed to return.

Parents please change out the batteries immediately! My son got this for his birthday and it lasted maybe 5 mins before it stopped working. I put it back in the box and was going to return it but decided to look at the reviews and saw the batteries leaking. I opened and sure enough one of the batteries were messed up. I was able to clean it up and replace the batteries but you shouldn’t have to do this on a brand new product. I’m going to see if it lasts after this but if not I’ll be returning it. Thankfully the battery acid hadn’t leaked out enough to where my son could touch it but this is still pretty dangerous and they need to fix this issue. My son loves this toy and thankfully I read the reviews to be able to fix it but again when buying a brand new item you shouldn’t have to worry about batteries leaking and battery acid.

It is so unfortunate because the concept of this book is great, but upon arrival it didn’t work. I read some reviews and changed the batteries. I noticed that one of the batteries had leaked so I cleaned it up and put in all new batteries. It worked for a few days and then stopped. When I opened the battery compartment, there was corrosion all over and the rubber on the cover had melted. I’m not sure if my item was defective or if this would happen for everyone. Disappointing

Only worked for a couple of minutes. We tried different batteries and it didn't fix the issue. It just stopped working..Target did provide a full refund, unfortunately they are no longer in stock to get a replacement, but my son is still enjoying the pop it part of it

Overall, this would be a great toy; however, when we got it, the batteries were corroded. We changed them out. Since then, it doesn't actually turn off. Even in the off mode, it doesn't stop lighting up. We also have it on the English setting but it does Spanish. If these weird issues could get resolved, it could be a great toy!

This toy literally lasted less than 5 minutes. I changed out the cheap batteries right away, but it still malfunctioned and wouldn't stop repeating itself over and over and over. The lights still light up even after being powered off. I don't understand why this toy has such great reviews on Target website and social media. Don't waste your money.

My 2 yr old granddaughter loves it. Especially love the Spanish version of it! Highly recommend!

Love the toy, but change the batteries ASAP. The first one I purchased had one battery that busted open and leaked all over the inside of the toy. The replacement one came with dead batteries too, but this one barely leaked. The battery brand mine came with was Jing long super.

Love this book, love that it has both english and Spanish. Also an option for no sound but still lights up. Taking off a star because the battery area corroded after one day.

This is such a fun toy! Great for the car/travel/restaurants because you can turn the sound down too. Would be a great gift idea for a young toddler.

The Chuckle & Roar The Pop It! Book has been an awesome addition to our toddler's daily activities. The three different modes are great to cycle through; he especially likes the learning mode! Popping the color of the right word gives him so much joy. The option to switch it over to Spanish is one of the biggest reasons we love it too. Learning two languages while having fun is a major plus!

My three year old was so engaged with this book! The learning mode is so interactive, she loved answering the questions. The color changing bubbles take it to the next level. So fun!

My daughter loved this pop it book! The popping of the bubbles is such a fun sensory touch! We love all the different modes and that it is bilingual! Kept my 3 year old toddler very entertained! Can't wait to add this to our travel bag! Definitely recommend this book!

Ok, this book is awesome! Our 2 year old was very entertained with the popping and it gave me some alone time:) What’s cool and great for learning is the bubbles change color depending on the page you are on. Also has a ton of first words and sounds. Finally the play mode is a game changer, literally. It just asks the kids to pop the right color bubble when the music stops. And each page has a different speed and music. So simple but our kid did it for a while!! Oh! And it works with a no sound mode too. Overall, highly recommend!

It's bilingual, colorful, fun for young readers! We have the Leapfrog bilingual ones as well, but my one year old can more intentionally press these buttons. She loves seeing them light up! We have already bought it for other kids. I hope they come out with more similar titles.

My son could not even wait for me to get it out of the package before he was flipping through the pages, popping the buttons, and looking at all the fun colors. I quickly realized that it was perfect for him (he just turned 3) but also perfect for my 1 year old daughter. She had just as much fun as he did. The pages are so durable which is nice too - you never know how gentle kids will be, but these will last us awhile! And personally...I love the quiet mode. :) Thanks, Chuckle & Roar!
