Circulon Symmetry 12" Nonstick Covered Essential Pan: Hard Anodized, Induction Safe, Dishwasher Safe, 4.55 Qt Capacity

It’ s been working perfect but I bought another item and it’s supposed not to get scratched and it has some scratches already if you can tell me how can I get it replaced. I will really appreciate it

I have used this pan a few times now. I love it for stir fry or quick fry of protein. It did say metal utensil were OK to use but after my first use with them, I found faint scratches after cleaning. I would recommend it, but use non-metal utensils.

I Really Like this pan . It definitely is Non Stick! Like it Soo much that I have been dropping hints that more would be Great Christmas gifts! Thank you Circulon !

Love this pan on my new induction cooktop. It is a great size, heats up quick and cleans up great with soap and water. I know they can go in the dishwasher but I plan to baby them and wash by hand.

Since getting this pan my stir fry meals are now on a different level.

Perfect size. Lid fits great. Super heat distribution. Cooks like a champ on medium to low heat. Non-stick surface is as advertised. Easy clean-up. Handle fits hand well and does not get hot. Great quality is obvious. Warrants price. Highly recommend.

Not particularly taken by this pan. Cooking isn’t great and doesn’t sauté very well. Will Probably return.

Didn’t use because it has the same interior surface with grooves like the other pan I bought and I am trying to return it because the food sticks.

Use pan to cook almost everything. Heats food evenly and quickly. Non stick surface is great

The fry pan is large, easy to use and not too heavy. I am able to lift it with one hand. I brought it specially to use with my new induction electric range.

This 12-inch pan has a 5- inch base. It’s smaller than the 8 and 11 inch hops of my Bosh Induction cooktop. The sensors cannot sense the pan and won’t turn on the heat.

Just received my Essentials pan in Merlot! WOW!! I love the size of this pan. It's just perfect! I have a feeling this pan will be used a lot!! Bonus... it's lid fit's the 12" French Skillet Fry Pan as well. I love the non-stick on this Symmetry line, it's truly non-stick. Cooking, and especially cleaning, dare I say are a joy now!!

Great pan, 3rd one we purchased over time...we will try to do better to keep the non-stick surface alive!

I like this pan so much I’m giving one as a gift this Christmas. I own three circulan pans and they are the only pan I’ll buy.

I love the nonstick it makes so easy cooking and even easier clean up. You cannot go wrong with that. It is really great quality and I am looking forward to years and years of use that we will get from the 12-inch pan. Our family is growing and it will make cooking for everyone easier. The lid works great for simmering and keeping everything fresh. I love that you can cook with it on the stove or in the oven; it makes this pan so versatile. The pan says it's nonstick will last 10 years and from my use so far I would believe it. I think this pan will be with our family for any years!

I already love the Circulon brand so I had high hopes for this already and it did not disappoint. It is nice and sturdy without being too heavy and it's a perfect size for cooking so many kinds of foods! And it is definitely non stick! Everything washed out so easily and so far, I've not had an issue with any type of food that I've fixed. It does say it's dishwasher safe but hand wash is recommended so i never put it in my dishwasher but I'm sure it would be fine if you did. And I absolutely love having covered cooking pans since I'm always needing a lid so this was perfect. Also, the handle is great! I recently bought a new cookware set that has metal handles that tend to get a bit warm but this is comfortable for your hand the whole time. Very happy with this!

I didn’t have to use any non-stick spray before putting any food. I can cook chicken without having to worry about burning or sticking. I’ve created sauces without having any stuck on residue. I love this pan and will use it for all of my one pan meals and large meals.

The deeper dish sides allow for more volume of food but still heat equally like a pan. We use this pan often for Mexican and Asian dishes and it always allows us to cook enough for our family of 5!
