The best eyeliner ever.

I love the Clinique Black Honey color. And I was so excited to see it came in an eye pencil! This is advertised as a gel crayon liner, which made me think this would glide on so easily. NOPE. It is so dry, it skips over my skin as I apply, it's not blendable at all. I'm so bummed about this, I had such high hopes.

I have the shade 02 black honey & it's very pretty. Once on it stays on very well. It glides on smooth too. Overall a great product. I did receive this in return for an honest review.

I don't understand how this eyeliner has 5 star reviews. I had high hopes for this gel eyeliner, but it didn't meet my expectations. The formula dries out quickly in the container, making it almost impossible to apply smoothly. When I try to warm it up or rub it to get it going, it becomes clumpy and messy, leaving uneven lines that are hard to fix. Instead of a sleek, precise application, it ends up looking patchy and unpolished. For a product marketed as a gel eyeliner, it's disappointing how dry and hard to work with it is. I wouldn't recommend this unless you're okay with spending extra time and effort to make it work—and even then, the results aren't great.

Glides on without effort. Lasts all day. My sister received a sample and passed it on to me. I liked it so much, I had to purchase.

I was so disappointed when Clinique discontinued the Black Honey eyeliner years ago. It was my go to color for my eye makeup. I frequently looked for it's return and was so excited when I saw it came back but in a different form-gel tech. It was very expensive I thought and some of the reviews were not great but I spent the money anyway and couldn't wait to receive it. I've used it many times now and sorry to report that I agree with the bad reviews. It does not go on smoothly and you have to press too hard on your eyelids for it to show up. And it is very dry and skips. I am going to try to get my money back if it's not too late.

An eyeliner that does NOT Smudge, easily to apply, & does stay on most of day

I really, REALLY wanted this to work , but oh my gosh did it give me trouble. I tried warming it up on my hand, drying my waterline with a tissue, and closing my eye to make friction when applying, and it still left close to nothing on my eyes.

Clinique high impact crayon eyeliner unfortunately did not work for me....two colors, the amethyst & black honey...both flaked and left bits around my eyes...very disappointing as my husband for Christmas was so excited!!!! Now i have to go and return these products in hopes of a get liner that will work...glides on and stays put...(oh, and mind you...i did not have this on for longer than 3 hrs...

They are magical and look so good with my blue/green eyes.

I like this gel eyeliner, and the black honey color is really pretty on me. I recommend!

It makes a pretty brown eyeliner, but the black honey color didn't show up for me. I will use it, and all Clinique products as before, but I thought you should know what it did on me.

I have sensitive skin around my eyes and this works the best !

I use this in my upper waterline and lash line. It gives a really soft pretty looking fullness to my lashes. I pair it with the black honey mascara and black honey almost lipstick. If you can't tell I'm obsessed with the black honey color. I would definitely recommend this product.

This eyeliner goes on smoothly and stays put all day. The color is beautiful too!

Doesn't glide on. Leaves gaps Does well on waterline though.

This is my favorite pencil eyeliner ever. Its easy to apply, long lasting and the color is so unique. I wear if almost daily

I love this Clinique gel liner in black honey, the color is beautiful on hazel eyes and it applies smoothly. I need to order several more because I believe it is limited edition!

I am going to return this. It is unusable

I thought I was replacing the eye liner I have used for a number of years. What I received does not glide on smoothly and clumps. I will be looking elsewhere for an eye liner replacement.
