Clinique High Impact High-Fi Full Volume Mascara - Ulta Beauty

This is my first time using this product. I purchased replacement skincare from the Clinique website and received a mini version of this mascara (along with other samples and a cosmetic bag) as part of a gift with purchase promotion. However, this mascara is horrible. Because this is my first time wearing this mascara, I cannot tell whether the formula itself is prone to clumping or if the product is just outdated (I mean, it was a GWP). Since my first day wearing it, small black flakes would frequently irritate my eyes, and I noticed that the mascara itself would clump along my eyelashes within seconds of application. I have never ever had this issue with other mascaras, but I wanted to try something new because it was free. My expectations were high, and I was prepared to switch from my typical green and pink tube of Maybelline should my life be changed by Clinique's mascara. I wanted to like it, but sadly, I am unimpressed––will not be purchasing. I appreciate all of the other Clinique products that I have used since becoming a customer....just not this one.

Works good and stays on long.

this is absolutely amazing! I have hooded eyes and this doesn't smudge or flake! The fibers give my lashes extra length and volume! This is my number one mascara EVER!!

i bought this mascara in brown by accident but decided to try it out on more natural makeup days. I am so happy I did because this mascara is amazing! I went back and bout it in black as well and love that it comes off easily with makeup remover wipes. 10/10 recommend to anyone that wants a great mascara no matter if you put one coat or three.

I love this mascara, however, I wouldn't buy this little size again. It's too small to work with.

One of the only mascaras that does not irritate my lashes. I will never stop using it! Everyone should give it a try! Perfect for everyday or a night out

I put this on in the morning and it stays with me all day even after a long exercise session

Changed to this from Loreal brand that always left me with "racoon eyes". This Clinique brand is so much better. Haven't had the clumping or racoon eyes since using it. Recommend

Would really love to see the black honey mascara in a waterproof formula, nice color!

This mascara is clumpy. Do not use it when working out as you will get raccoon eyes.

I can't believe all the bad reviews! I think this mascara is awesome! It makes your lashes longer because it has fibers in the mascara. the downside is that it will flake off by the new of the day. This makes it messy to remove but it's worth it for the length and volume. I do lose a few lashes when removing it sometimes but I'm pretty blessed in this department and don't mind I also use serum on them to extend their lifespan. It's not waterproof but that just means no forever chemicals! The pros are worth the cons for me but if your the girl that takes an accurate inventory of her lashes everyday, this might not be for you.

I love this mascara

The mascara itself is decent, but the wand applicator is the issue. The bristles come off the applicator at a crazy rate. Ive bought mascara from tons of different brands at this point and this is the first time ice experienced this. I bought several during a sale and theyre all shedding so cannot recommend this product.

Very Clumpy

I recently purchased high impact hi-fi, after reading the reviews I decided to give it a try. I read reviews how people had trouble with eyelashes breaking and falling out. I was skeptical but I was so wrong ordering this mascara. The same thing happened to me. The 800 number did absolutely nothing for me but made me take the time to box up the item they shouldn't be selling in the first place and find an ups location for drop off. They also had the nerve to say I had a reaction to their product. I think not, if other peoples eyelashes are falling out. After getting hung up on with customer service, I contacted them through email. No response. I am never buying Clinque again.

My top priorities in mascara are No clumping, good separation of lashes and EASY removal with soap and water. This mascara does it all.

I like Clinique products and have used them for years but the High Impact Hi Fi mascara is more for younger women. I prefer the regular Clinique High Impact mascara iin black/brown.

it looks good, but by the time I get home from work, a lot of it has smeared around my eyes
