It does take the eye makeup off but I need to use twice as much as another product to get the same results.

the fastest way I've ever taken off my eyeshadow without much tugging. my new holy grail and I'm hooked. always loved clinque products and I'm adding this one to the bunch. my only gripe would be the price and the cap. The cap is so wierd, it's my only dislike of the product

YALL. ABSOLUTELY NOTTTT. If you're in need of a makeup remover, stick with the micellar water. I'm not joking this lid is so hard to open, and it's not just me. I don't know whose idea it was to make this bottle open like a medication bottle, but why the heck is a medication bottle 10 times easier to open than this. I'm so upset like honestly this throws my mood off so much. I don't even write reviews at all and the fact I had to make an account to complain just to warn people about this is crazy. DO NOT BUY THIS IF U DONT WANT THE HASSLE. IT IS NOT WORTH UR MONEY!!!!! I'm so serious, absolutely not. This is the dumbest cap to use on a MAKEUP REMOVER. Not sure if they were trying to be fancy but it whoever is behind this needs to understand people do not care about that. We care about using the product. To make it THIS difficult to open it is insane. This is such a disappointing thing.

I have no idea if the product even works well as a makeup remover. Ive been unable to use it because the cap is un-openable! Ive tried everything. I even resorted to using pliers, a hammer, and a pocket knife to get the cap off. After finally getting the silver cap off, there WAS ANOTHER PLASTIC CLEAR CAP UNDER. Its STILL not off. Shame on you Clinique, make your produts user friendly. After a long day, I just want to get my makeup off - not hurt myself trying to get the cap off.

I like to wear a lot of eye makeup including lots of mascara. This is the best remover I have ever used. Its gently and gets rid of everything with a cotton pad.

I have used this product for many years. I wouldn't use anything else.

This whole line of makeup removers from Clinique are the best. Whether you prefer the liquid, the mousse, or cream this is a staple remover that works so well.

I LOVE this makeup remover! It doesnt break me out and i have very sensitive skin! It doesnt hurt my eyes like other oil base makeup removers. I'll keep recommending to my friends.

I love how this product feels on my whole face but I save it to remove makeup from my eyes and use something cheaper for the rest of my face. Doesn't irritate even when I use a saturated qtip on my waterline! 😁

The item did not have tape over the top and was not in a separate plastic bag in shipping bag. I had leaked a little, but I just kept it. Today I tried to open it and the top must have been damaged in shipment! There is no possible way to get the top off. I love this product. Such a waste. Wouldn't buy through Target again. No return item!

This product works. It is not the best I've used. It is a little pricey; more expensive than the one that works better. But was able to buy this locally and not ship. Works well enough.

Love this product for gently removing all my eye makeup

I've used this product for years!!!! I don't do cheap when it comes to removing my waterproof mascara. Ive tried drug store but theres nothing that competes with this product. Other products burn my eyes, I dont have that issue with clinique.

I LOVE this makeup remover!! i first used it i recieved a mini size tester thing with a purchase so i had to get the larger size which was on clearence. I only use this to remove eye and lips! To those who use it all around, i recommend to use a cleanser and wash it off if you do not feel comfortable with the oil left over 💕💕💕 then to avoid dryness; add moisturizer! Its pricy 😔 but i do love it

The liquid is separated and there's about 1/2" of cloudy, gel looking stuff in there. I also don't like the fact that there's no safety/tamper resistant seal or expiration code either. The liquid in the bottle does not look anything like the previous bottle I had. I don't feel safe using this product not knowing if it went bad during transport, tampered with, or expired. I expected a little better from Clinique.... too expensive, poor quality control, and will not buy again.

I've been using this product for YEARS, from the Baltimore area. But now I recently purchased a new bottle in North Carolina. This time the product isn't nearly as effective or easy to use. I have to rub harder and it still doesn't remove my eyeliner and shadow as quickly or effortlessly as it *always* has in the past. Has Clinique changed the formula? Did I get a bad batch? Not sure whether I can return it to Ulta now that it's been a few weeks. But boy, am I disappointed. I've been using Clinique for 30+ years and this is the first time a product has failed. :-(

It removes all of my makeup, but it makes my face feel oily and greasy after I use it.
