Clorox 2® for Colors Stain Remover and Laundry Additive helps freshen your clothes with a Clean Linen scent. Clorox 2® for Colors is a bleach free formula that is safe for fabrics and colors**. *With pretreat. **When used as directed.
Usage Directions:To remove stains and odor: For best results, apply directly to tough stains. Rub in and set 5–10 minutes*. Do not allow product to dry on fabric. Wash as usual with detergent and Clorox 2® for Colors. *If in doubt, test for colorfastness. For larger stains, mix 1 capful of Clorox 2® for Colors with 1 quart of water and soak for up to 60 minutes. Wash as usual with detergent and Clorox 2® for Colors. To brighten colors: Fill cap to line 1 for HE machines or to line 2 for standard machines. If machine has detergent tray, add to tray, or pour in drum directly. Wash with detergent.
Caution Statements: IRRITANT. Do not get in eyes or on skin. FIRST AID: EYES – Flush with water for 15 minutes. SKIN: Rinse with water. IN ALL CASES: If irritation persists, call a doctor. KEEP OUT OF REACH OF CHILDREN AND PETS.

Though the bottle of Clorox 2 looked secure, in a closed bag with the lid being taped, the bottle still leaked through to the carton. I don't need to replacecirvreturn it, but maybe find a more secure way of packing it next time.

I didn't notice brighter colors and unfortunately, it didn't help with my stains.

This is the first laundry additive that I have used that actually makes my clothes look cleaner! I’ve tried all types of OxiClean, brighteners, vinegar/baking soda, hydrogen peroxide mixes, etc to no avail. This one made my dingy towels pure white again! The kids clothes look new again! I’m so happy to have found something that works so well. I can’t recommend it enough.

Love this! Bought this today. The scent is amazing, and actually works. I used this on my bathroom mats because the white was kinda faded due to the laundry detergent I had in used, and it revived the white completely, as well as the blue in the mats, the scent from the mats make the bathroom smell amazing!

Huge fan of this liquid clorox, and I do notice significant brightener in all my clothes. Nothing out there like it and it does leave your clothes always smelling fresh. That's the most important thing to me.
My secret weapon for children’s laundry

Clorox 2 stain remover has been my secret weapon for years. I have kids and loved higher-end children’s clothing, particularly Matilda Jane (especially when they were younger); the sort that you save as hand-me-downs for the younger sister, or can resell at a good price. We all know that young children have a tendency to get food/drink stains on their clothes. This stuff has never failed me, even with old set-in chocolate stains from a vacation or brightly dyed juice. My method: rub some of this directly on the stain (doesn’t matter whether it’s dry and set in or damp if you happen to catch it quickly). Let it sit until I’m doing a load of appropriate laundry (anywhere from half an hour to *days* later, even though the directions specify not to let Clorox 2 dry on fabric- that has never harmed anything I’ve used it on!). Then, toss it in with that load. Ta-da! I don’t have babies or toddlers anymore, but this still comes in handy when my youngest gets stubborn grass stains from recess and for accidental spills (drinks, art supplies) on a favorite blanket.
